30:1[bbe] <A Psalm. A Song at the blessing of the House. Of David.> I will give you praise and honour, O Lord, because through you I have been lifted up; you have not given my haters cause to be glad over me.
   [hb5] 〔 大 衛 在 獻 殿 的 時 候 、 作 這 詩 歌 。 〕 耶 和 華 阿 、 我 要 尊 崇 你 、 因 為 你 曾 提 拔 我 、 不 叫 仇 敵 向 我 誇 耀 。
   [kjv] I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

30:3[bbe] O Lord, you have made my soul come again from the underworld: you have given me life and kept me from going down among the dead.

   [hb5] 因 為 他 的 怒 氣 不 過 是 轉 眼 之 間 . 他 的 恩 典 乃 是 一 生 之 久 . 一 宿 雖 然 有 哭 泣 、 早 晨 便 必 歡 呼 。

   [kjv] LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.

30:9[bbe] What profit is there in my blood if I go down into the underworld? will the dust give you praise, or be a witness to your help?
   [hb5] 我 被 害 流 血 、 下 到 坑 中 、 有 甚 麼 益 處 呢 . 塵 土 豈 能 稱 讚 你 、 傳 說 你 的 誠 實 麼 。
   [kjv] What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?

30:11[bbe] By you my sorrow is turned into dancing; you have taken away my clothing of grief, and given me robes of joy;
   [hb5] 你 已 將 我 的 哀 哭 變 為 跳 舞 、 將 我 的 麻 衣 脫 去 、 給 我 披 上 喜 樂 .
   [kjv] Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
