約翰福音 John

7:1	[hb5]	這事以後、耶穌在加利利遊行、不願在猶太遊行．因為猶太人想要殺他。
	[kjv]	After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him.
	[bbe]	After this, Jesus went from place to place in Galilee. He did not go about in Judaea, because the Jews were looking for a chance to put him to death.
7:2	[hb5]	當時猶太人的住棚節近了。
	[kjv]	Now the Jews' feast of tabernacles was at hand.
	[bbe]	But the feast of the Jews, the feast of tents, was near.
7:3	[hb5]	耶穌的弟兄就對他說、你離開這裡上猶太去罷、叫你的門徒也看見你所行的事。
	[kjv]	His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest.
	[bbe]	So his brothers said to him, Go away from here into Judaea so that your disciples may see the works which you do.
7:4	[hb5]	人要顯揚名聲、沒有在暗處行事的．你如果行這些事、就當將自己顯明給世人看。
	[kjv]	For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.
	[bbe]	Because no man does things secretly if he has a desire that men may have knowledge of him. If you do these things, let yourself be seen by all men.
7:5	[hb5]	因為連他的弟兄說這話、是因為不信他。
	[kjv]	For neither did his brethren believe in him.
	[bbe]	For even his brothers had no belief in him.
7:6	[hb5]	耶穌就對他們說、我的時候還沒有到．你們的時候常是方便的。
	[kjv]	Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.
	[bbe]	Jesus said to them, My time is still to come, but any time is good for you.
7:7	[hb5]	世人不能恨你們、卻是恨我．因為我指證他們所作的事是惡的。
	[kjv]	The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
	[bbe]	It is not possible for you to be hated by the world; but I am hated by it, because I give witness that what it does is evil.
7:8	[hb5]	你們上去過節罷．我現在不上去過這節．因為我的時候還沒有滿。
	[kjv]	Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast: for my time is not yet full come.
	[bbe]	Go you up to the feast: I am not going up now to the feast because my time has not fully come.
7:9	[hb5]	耶穌說了這話、仍舊住在加利利。
	[kjv]	When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.
	[bbe]	Having said these things to them, he still kept in Galilee.
7:10	[hb5]	但他弟兄上去以後、他也上去過節、不是明去、似乎是暗去的。
	[kjv]	But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.
	[bbe]	But after his brothers had gone up to the feast, then he went up, not publicly, but in secret.
7:11	[hb5]	正在節期、猶太人尋找耶穌說、他在那裡。
	[kjv]	Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?
	[bbe]	At the feast the Jews were looking for him and saying, Where is he?
7:12	[hb5]	眾人為他紛紛議論．有的說、他是好人．有的說、不然、他是迷惑眾人的。
	[kjv]	And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth the people.
	[bbe]	And there was much discussion about him among the mass of the people. Some said, He is a good man; but others said, No, he is giving people false ideas.
7:13	[hb5]	只是沒有人明明的講論他、因為怕猶太人。
	[kjv]	Howbeit no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.
	[bbe]	But no man said anything about him openly for fear of the Jews.
7:14	[hb5]	到了節期、耶穌上殿裡去教訓人。
	[kjv]	Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.
	[bbe]	Now in the middle of the feast Jesus went up to the Temple and was teaching.
7:15	[hb5]	猶太人就希奇說、這個人沒有學過、怎麼明白書呢。
	[kjv]	And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?
	[bbe]	Then the Jews were surprised and said, How has this man got knowledge of books? He has never been to school.
7:16	[hb5]	耶穌說、我的教訓不是我自己的、乃是那差我來者的。
	[kjv]	Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
	[bbe]	Jesus gave them this answer: It is not my teaching, but his who sent me.
7:17	[hb5]	人若立志遵著他的旨意行、就必曉得這教訓或是出於　神、或是我憑著自己說的。
	[kjv]	If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
	[bbe]	If any man is ready to do God's pleasure he will have knowledge of the teaching and of where it comes from--from God or from myself.
7:18	[hb5]	人憑著自己說、是求自己的榮耀．惟有求那差他來者的榮耀、這人是真的、在他心裡沒有不義。
	[kjv]	He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
	[bbe]	The man whose words come from himself is looking for glory for himself, but he who is looking for the glory of him who sent him--that man is true and there is no evil in him.
7:19	[hb5]	摩西豈不是傳律法給你們麼．你們卻沒有一個人守律法。為甚麼想要殺我呢。
	[kjv]	Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me?
	[bbe]	Did not Moses give you the law? Even so, not one of you keeps the law. Why have you a desire to put me to death?
7:20	[hb5]	眾人回答說你是被鬼附著了．誰想要殺你。
	[kjv]	The people answered and said, Thou hast a devil: who goeth about to kill thee?
	[bbe]	The people said in answer, You have an evil spirit: who has any desire to put you to death?
7:21	[hb5]	耶穌說、我作了一件事、你們都以為希奇。
	[kjv]	Jesus answered and said unto them, I have done one work, and ye all marvel.
	[bbe]	This was the answer of Jesus: I have done one work and you are all surprised at it.
7:22	[hb5]	摩西傳割禮給你們、（其實不是從摩西起的、乃是從祖先起的）因此你們也在安息日給人行割禮。
	[kjv]	Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision; (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers;) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man.
	[bbe]	Moses gave you circumcision--not that it comes from Moses, but from the fathers--and even on the Sabbath you give a child circumcision.
7:23	[hb5]	人若在安息日受割禮、免得違背摩西的律法、我在安息日叫一個人全然好了、你們就向我生氣麼。
	[kjv]	If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the sabbath day?
	[bbe]	If a child is given circumcision on the Sabbath so that the law of Moses may not be broken, why are you angry with me because I made a man completely well on the Sabbath?
7:24	[hb5]	不可按外貌斷定是非、總要按公平斷定是非。
	[kjv]	Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
	[bbe]	Let not your decisions be based on what you see, but on righteousness.
7:25	[hb5]	耶路撒冷人中有的說、這不是他們想要殺的人麼。
	[kjv]	Then said some of them of Jerusalem, Is not this he, whom they seek to kill?
	[bbe]	Then some of the people of Jerusalem said, Is not this the man whose death is desired?
7:26	[hb5]	你看他還明明的講道、他們也不向他說甚麼、難道官長真知道這是基督麼。
	[kjv]	But, lo, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Do the rulers know indeed that this is the very Christ?
	[bbe]	And here he is talking openly and they say nothing to him! Is it possible that the rulers have knowledge that this is truly the Christ?
7:27	[hb5]	然而我們知道這個人從那裡來．只是基督來的時候、沒有人知道他從那裡來。
	[kjv]	Howbeit we know this man whence he is: but when Christ cometh, no man knoweth whence he is.
	[bbe]	However, it is clear to us where this man comes from: but when the Christ comes no one will have knowledge where he comes from.
7:28	[hb5]	那時耶穌在殿裡教訓人、大聲說、你們也知道我、也知道我從那裡來．我來並不是由於自己、但那差我來的是真的．你們不認識他。
	[kjv]	Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.
	[bbe]	Then, when he was teaching in the Temple, Jesus said with a loud voice, You have knowledge of me and you have knowledge of where I come from; and I have not come of myself; but there is One who has sent me; he is true, but you have no knowledge of him.
7:29	[hb5]	我卻認識他．因為我是從他來的、他也是差了我來。
	[kjv]	But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.
	[bbe]	I have knowledge of him because I came from him and he sent me.
7:30	[hb5]	他們就想要捉拿耶穌．只是沒有人下手、因為他的時候還沒有到。
	[kjv]	Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.
	[bbe]	Then they had a desire to take him: but no man put hands on him because his hour was still to come.
7:31	[hb5]	但眾人中間有好些信他的、說、基督來的時候、他所行的神蹟、豈能比這人所行的更多麼。
	[kjv]	And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this man hath done?
	[bbe]	And numbers of the people had belief in him, and they said, When the Christ comes will he do more signs than this man has done?
7:32	[hb5]	法利賽人聽見眾人為耶穌這樣紛紛議論、祭司長和法利賽人、就打發差役去捉拿他。
	[kjv]	The Pharisees heard that the people murmured such things concerning him; and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers to take him.
	[bbe]	This discussion of the people came to the ears of the Pharisees; and the chief priests and the Pharisees sent servants to take him.
7:33	[hb5]	於是耶穌說、我還有不多的時候和你們同在、以後就回到差我來的那裡去。
	[kjv]	Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.
	[bbe]	Then Jesus said, I will be with you a little longer and then I go to him who sent me.
7:34	[hb5]	你們要找我、卻找不著．我所在的地方你們不能到。
	[kjv]	Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come.
	[bbe]	You will be looking for me, and you will not see me: and where I am you may not come.
7:35	[hb5]	猶太人就彼此對問說、這人要往那裡去、叫我們找不著呢．難道他要往散住希利尼中的猶太人那裡去教訓希利尼人麼。
	[kjv]	Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the dispersed among the Gentiles, and teach the Gentiles?
	[bbe]	So the Jews said among themselves, To what place is he going where we will not see him? will he go to the Jews living among the Greeks and become the teacher of the Greeks?
7:36	[hb5]	他說、你們要找我、卻找不著、我所在的地方、你們不能到．這話是甚麼意思呢。
	[kjv]	What manner of saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come?
	[bbe]	What is this saying of his, You will be looking for me and will not see me, and where I am you may not come?
7:37	[hb5]	節期的末日、就是最大之日、耶穌站著高聲說、人若渴了、可以到我這裡來喝。
	[kjv]	In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
	[bbe]	On the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus got up and said in a loud voice, If any man is in need of drink let him come to me and I will give it to him.
7:38	[hb5]	信我的人、就如經上所說、從他腹中要流出活水的江河來。
	[kjv]	He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
	[bbe]	He who has faith in me, out of his body, as the Writings have said, will come rivers of living water.
7:39	[hb5]	耶穌這話是指著信他之人、要受聖靈說的、那時還沒有賜下聖靈來．因為耶穌尚未得著榮耀。
	[kjv]	(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
	[bbe]	This he said of the Spirit which would be given to those who had faith in him: the Spirit had not been given then, because the glory of Jesus was still to come.
7:40	[hb5]	眾人聽見這話、有的說、這真是那先知。
	[kjv]	Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.
	[bbe]	When these words came to their ears, some of the people said, This is certainly the prophet.
7:41	[hb5]	有的說、這是基督．但也有的說、基督豈是從加利利出來的麼。
	[kjv]	Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?
	[bbe]	Others said, This is the Christ. But others said, Not so; will the Christ come from Galilee?
7:42	[hb5]	經上豈不是說、基督是大衛的後裔、從大衛本鄉伯利恆出來的麼。
	[kjv]	Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?
	[bbe]	Do not the Writings say that the Christ comes of the seed of David and from Beth-lehem, the little town where David was?
7:43	[hb5]	於是眾人因著耶穌起了分爭。
	[kjv]	So there was a division among the people because of him.
	[bbe]	So there was a division among the people because of him.
7:44	[hb5]	其中有人要捉拿他．只是無人下手。
	[kjv]	And some of them would have taken him; but no man laid hands on him.
	[bbe]	And some of them had a desire to take him; but no man put hands on him.
7:45	[hb5]	差役回到祭司長和法利賽人那裡．他們對差役說、你們為甚麼沒有帶他來呢。
	[kjv]	Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?
	[bbe]	Then the servants went back to the chief priests and Pharisees, who said to them, Why have you not got him with you?
7:46	[hb5]	差役回答說、從來沒有像他這樣說話的。
	[kjv]	The officers answered, Never man spake like this man.
	[bbe]	The servants made answer, No man ever said things like this man.
7:47	[hb5]	法利賽人說、你們也受了迷惑麼。
	[kjv]	Then answered them the Pharisees, Are ye also deceived?
	[bbe]	Then the Pharisees said to them, Have you, like the others, been given false ideas?
7:48	[hb5]	官長或是法利賽人、豈有信他的呢。
	[kjv]	Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?
	[bbe]	Have any of the rulers belief in him, or any one of the Pharisees?
7:49	[hb5]	但這些不明白律法的百姓、是被咒詛的。
	[kjv]	But this people who knoweth not the law are cursed.
	[bbe]	But these people who have no knowledge of the law are cursed.
7:50	[hb5]	內中有尼哥底母、就是從前去見耶穌的、對他們說、
	[kjv]	Nicodemus saith unto them, (he that came to Jesus by night, being one of them,)
	[bbe]	Nicodemus--he who had come to Jesus before, being himself one of them--said to them,
7:51	[hb5]	不先聽本人的口供、不知道他所作的事、難道我們的律法還定他的罪麼。
	[kjv]	Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth?
	[bbe]	Is a man judged by our law before it has given him a hearing and has knowledge of what he has done?
7:52	[hb5]	他們回答說、你也是出於加利利麼．你且去查考、就可知道加利利沒有出過先知。
	[kjv]	They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and look: for out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.
	[bbe]	This was their answer: And do you come from Galilee? Make search and you will see that no prophet comes out of Galilee.
