箴言 Proverbs

8:1	[hgb]	智慧岂不呼叫，聪明岂不发声。
	[bbe]	Is not wisdom crying out, and the voice of knowledge sounding?
8:2	[hgb]	他在道旁高处的顶上，在十字路口站立。
	[bbe]	At the top of the highways, at the meeting of the roads, she takes her place;
8:3	[hgb]	在城门旁，在城门口，在城门洞，大声说，
	[bbe]	Where the roads go into the town her cry goes out, at the doorways her voice is loud:
8:4	[hgb]	众人哪，我呼叫你们。我向世人发声，
	[bbe]	I am crying out to you, O men; my voice comes to the sons of men.
8:5	[hgb]	说，愚蒙人哪，你们要会悟灵明。愚昧人哪，你们当心里明白。
	[bbe]	Become expert in reason, O you simple ones; you foolish ones, take training to heart.
8:6	[hgb]	你们当听，因我要说极美的话。我张嘴要论正直的事。
	[bbe]	Give ear, for my words are true, and my lips are open to give out what is upright.
8:7	[hgb]	我的口要发出真理。我的嘴憎恶邪恶。
	[bbe]	For good faith goes out of my mouth, and false lips are disgusting to me.
8:8	[hgb]	我口中的言语，都是公义，并无弯曲乖僻。
	[bbe]	All the words of my mouth are righteousness; there is nothing false or twisted in them.
8:9	[hgb]	有聪明的以为明显，得知识的以为正直。
	[bbe]	They are all true to him whose mind is awake, and straightforward to those who get knowledge.
8:10	[hgb]	你们当受我的教训，不受白银。宁得知识，胜过黄金。
	[bbe]	Take my teaching, and not silver; get knowledge in place of the best gold.
8:11	[hgb]	因为智慧比珍珠（或作红宝石）更美。一切可喜爱的，都不足与比较。
	[bbe]	For wisdom is better than jewels, and all things which may be desired are nothing in comparison with her.
8:12	[hgb]	我智慧以灵明为居所，又寻得知识和谋略。
	[bbe]	I, wisdom, have made wise behaviour my near relation; I am seen to be the special friend of wise purposes.
8:13	[hgb]	敬畏耶和华，在乎恨恶邪恶。那骄傲，狂妄，并恶道，以及乖谬的口，都为我所恨恶。
	[bbe]	The fear of the Lord is seen in hating evil: pride, a high opinion of oneself, the evil way, and the false tongue, are unpleasing to me.
8:14	[hgb]	我有谋略，和真知识。我乃聪明。我有能力。
	[bbe]	Wise design and good sense are mine; reason and strength are mine.
8:15	[hgb]	帝王借我坐国位。君王借我定公平。
	[bbe]	Through me kings have their power, and rulers give right decisions.
8:16	[hgb]	王子和首领，世上一切的审判官，都是借我掌权。
	[bbe]	Through me chiefs have authority, and the noble ones are judging in righteousness.
8:17	[hgb]	爱我的，我也爱他。恳切寻求我的，必寻得见。
	[bbe]	Those who have given me their love are loved by me, and those who make search for me with care will get me.
8:18	[hgb]	丰富尊荣在我。恒久的财并公义也在我。
	[bbe]	Wealth and honour are in my hands, even wealth without equal and righteousness.
8:19	[hgb]	我的果实胜过黄金。强如精金，我的出产超乎高银。
	[bbe]	My fruit is better than gold, even than the best gold; and my increase is more to be desired than silver.
8:20	[hgb]	我在公义的道上走，在公平的路中行。
	[bbe]	I go in the road of righteousness, in the way of right judging:
8:21	[hgb]	使爱我的承受货财，并充满他们的府库。
	[bbe]	So that I may give my lovers wealth for their heritage, making their store-houses full.
8:22	[hgb]	在耶和华造化的起头，在太初创造万物之先，就有了我。
	[bbe]	The Lord made me as the start of his way, the first of his works in the past.
8:23	[hgb]	从亘古，从太初，未有世界以前，我已被立。
	[bbe]	From eternal days I was given my place, from the birth of time, before the earth was.
8:24	[hgb]	没有深渊，没有大水的泉源，我已生出。
	[bbe]	When there was no deep I was given birth, when there were no fountains flowing with water.
8:25	[hgb]	大山未曾奠定，小山未有之先，我已生出。
	[bbe]	Before the mountains were put in their places, before the hills was my birth:
8:26	[hgb]	耶和华还没有创造大地，和田野，并世上的土质，我已生出。
	[bbe]	When he had not made the earth or the fields or the dust of the world.
8:27	[hgb]	他立高天，我在那里。他在渊面的周围，划出圆圈，
	[bbe]	When he made ready the heavens I was there: when he put an arch over the face of the deep:
8:28	[hgb]	上使穹苍坚硬，下使渊源稳固，
	[bbe]	When he made strong the skies overhead: when the fountains of the deep were fixed:
8:29	[hgb]	为沧海定出界限，使水不越过他的命令，立定大地的根基。
	[bbe]	When he put a limit to the sea, so that the waters might not go against his word: when he put in position the bases of the earth:
8:30	[hgb]	那时，我在他那里为工师，日日为他所喜爱，常常在他面前踊跃，
	[bbe]	Then I was by his side, as a master workman: and I was his delight from day to day, playing before him at all times;
8:31	[hgb]	踊跃在他为人预备可住之地，也喜悦住在世人之间。
	[bbe]	Playing in his earth; and my delight was with the sons of men.
8:32	[hgb]	众子阿，现在要听从我。因为谨守我道的，便为有福。
	[bbe]	Give ear to me then, my sons: for happy are those who keep my ways.
8:33	[hgb]	要听教训，就得智慧，不可弃绝。
	[bbe]	Take my teaching and be wise; do not let it go.
8:34	[hgb]	听从我，日日在我门口仰望，在我门框旁边等候的，那人便为有福。
	[bbe]	Happy is the man who gives ear to me, watching at my doors day by day, keeping his place by the pillars of my house.
8:35	[hgb]	因为寻得我的，就寻得生命，也必蒙耶和华的恩惠。
	[bbe]	For whoever gets me gets life, and grace from the Lord will come to him.
8:36	[hgb]	得罪我的，却害了自己的性命。恨恶我的，都喜爱死亡。
	[bbe]	But he who does evil to me, does wrong to his soul: all my haters are in love with death.
