箴言 Proverbs

9:1	[hgb]	智慧建造房屋，凿成七根柱子，
	[bbe]	Wisdom has made her house, putting up her seven pillars.
9:2	[hgb]	宰杀牲畜，调和旨酒，设摆筵席。
	[bbe]	She has put her fat beasts to death; her wine is mixed, her table is ready.
9:3	[hgb]	打发使女出去，自己在城中至高处呼叫，
	[bbe]	She has sent out her women-servants; her voice goes out to the highest places of the town, saying,
9:4	[hgb]	说，谁是愚蒙人，可以转到这里来。又对那无知的人说，
	[bbe]	Whoever is simple, let him come in here; and to him who has no sense, she says:
9:5	[hgb]	你们来，吃我的饼，喝我调和的酒。
	[bbe]	Come, take of my bread, and of my wine which is mixed.
9:6	[hgb]	你们愚蒙人，要舍弃愚蒙，就得存活。并要走光明的道。
	[bbe]	Give up the simple ones and have life, and go in the way of knowledge.
9:7	[hgb]	指斥亵慢人的，必受辱骂。责备恶人的，必被玷污。
	[bbe]	He who gives teaching to a man of pride gets shame for himself; he who says sharp words to a sinner gets a bad name.
9:8	[hgb]	不要责备亵慢人，恐怕他恨你。要责备智慧人，他必爱你。
	[bbe]	Do not say sharp words to a man of pride, or he will have hate for you; make them clear to a wise man, and you will be dear to him.
9:9	[hgb]	教导智慧人，他就越发有智慧。指示义人，他就增长学问。
	[bbe]	Give teaching to a wise man, and he will become wiser; give training to an upright man, and his learning will be increased.
9:10	[hgb]	敬畏耶和华，是智慧的开端。认识至圣者，便是聪明。
	[bbe]	The fear of the Lord is the start of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One gives a wise mind
9:11	[hgb]	你借着我，日子必增多，年岁也必加添。
	[bbe]	For by me your days will be increased, and the years of your life will be long.
9:12	[hgb]	你若有智慧，是与自己有益。你若亵慢，就必独自担当。
	[bbe]	If you are wise, you are wise for yourself; if your heart is full of pride, you only will have the pain of it.
9:13	[hgb]	愚昧的妇人喧嚷。她是愚蒙，一无所知。
	[bbe]	The foolish woman is full of noise; she has no sense at all.
9:14	[hgb]	她坐在自己的家门口，坐在城中高处的座位上，
	[bbe]	Seated at the door of her house, in the high places of the town,
9:15	[hgb]	呼叫过路的，就是直行其道的人，
	[bbe]	Crying out to those who go by, going straight on their way, she says:
9:16	[hgb]	说，谁是愚蒙人，可以转到这里来。又对那无知的人说，
	[bbe]	Whoever is simple, let him come in here: and to him who is without sense, she says:
9:17	[hgb]	偷来的水是甜的，暗吃的饼是好的。
	[bbe]	Drink taken without right is sweet, and food in secret is pleasing.
9:18	[hgb]	人却不知有阴魂在她那里。她的客在阴间的深处。
	[bbe]	But he does not see that the dead are there, that her guests are in the deep places of the underworld.
