121:1[hgb] （ 上 行 之 诗 。 ） 我 要 向 山 举 目 。 我 的 帮 助 从 何 而 来 。
   [bbe] <A Song of the going up.> My eyes are lifted up to the hills: O where will my help come from?
121:2[hgb] 我 的 帮 助 从 造 天 地 的 耶 和 华 而 来 。
   [bbe] Your help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
121:3[hgb] 他 必 不 叫 你 的 脚 摇 动 。 保 护 你 的 必 不 打 盹 。
   [bbe] May he not let your foot be moved: no need of sleep has he who keeps you.
121:4[hgb] 保 护 以 色 列 的 ， 也 不 打 盹 ， 也 不 睡 觉 。
   [bbe] See, the eyes of Israel's keeper will not be shut in sleep.
121:5[hgb] 保 护 你 的 是 耶 和 华 。 耶 和 华 在 你 右 边 荫 庇 你 。
   [bbe] The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
121:6[hgb] 白 日 太 阳 必 不 伤 你 ， 夜 间 月 亮 必 不 害 你 。
   [bbe] You will not be touched by the sun in the day, or by the moon at night.
121:7[hgb] 耶 和 华 要 保 护 你 ， 免 受 一 切 的 灾 害 。 他 要 保 护 你 的 性 命 。
   [bbe] The Lord will keep you safe from all evil; he will take care of your soul.
121:8[hgb] 你 出 你 入 耶 和 华 要 保 护 你 ， 从 今 时 直 到 永 远 。
   [bbe] The Lord will keep watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time and for ever.
