诗篇 Psalms

30:1	[hgb]	（大卫在献殿的时候，作这诗歌。）耶和华阿，我要尊崇你，因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。
	[bbe]	<A Psalm. A Song at the blessing of the House. Of David.> I will give you praise and honour, O Lord, because through you I have been lifted up; you have not given my haters cause to be glad over me.
30:2	[hgb]	耶和华我的神阿，我曾呼求你，你医治了我。
	[bbe]	O Lord my God, I sent up my cry to you, and you have made me well.
30:3	[hgb]	耶和华阿，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。
	[bbe]	O Lord, you have made my soul come again from the underworld: you have given me life and kept me from going down among the dead.
30:4	[hgb]	耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，称赞他可记念的圣名。
	[bbe]	Make songs to the Lord, O you saints of his, and give praise to his holy name.
30:5	[hgb]	因为他的怒气不过是转眼之间。他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。
	[bbe]	For his wrath is only for a minute; in his grace there is life; weeping may be for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
30:6	[hgb]	至于我，我凡事平顺，便说，我永不动摇。
	[bbe]	When things went well for me I said, I will never be moved.
30:7	[hgb]	耶和华阿，你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固。你掩了面，我就惊惶。
	[bbe]	Lord, by your grace you have kept my mountain strong: when your face was turned from me I was troubled.
30:8	[hgb]	耶和华阿，我曾求告你。我向耶和华恳求，说，
	[bbe]	My voice went up to you, O Lord; I made my prayer to the Lord.
30:9	[hgb]	我被害流血，下到坑中，有什么益处呢？尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实吗？
	[bbe]	What profit is there in my blood if I go down into the underworld? will the dust give you praise, or be a witness to your help?
30:10	[hgb]	耶和华阿，求你应允我，怜恤我。耶和华阿，求你帮助我。
	[bbe]	Give ear to me, O Lord, and have mercy on me: Lord, be my helper.
30:11	[hgb]	你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐。
	[bbe]	By you my sorrow is turned into dancing; you have taken away my clothing of grief, and given me robes of joy;
30:12	[hgb]	好叫我的灵（原文作荣耀）歌颂你，并不住声。耶和华我的神阿，我要称谢你，直到永远。
	[bbe]	So that my glory may make songs of praise to you and not be quiet. O Lord my God, I will give you praise for ever.
