Genesis 9:6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed : for in the image of God made he man.
Exodus 20:13 Thou shalt not kill. (6th commandment)
Exodus 21:12 He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death.
Exodus 21:14-17 [21:14] But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile ; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die . [21:15] And he that smiteth his father, or his mother , shall be surely put to death . [21:16] And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death . [21:17] And he that curseth his father, or his mother , shall surely be put to death .
Exodus 21:22-25 [21:22] If men strive, and hurt a woman with child , so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. [21:23] And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life, [21:24] Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, [21:25] Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
Exodus 21:29 But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.
Exodus 22:2 If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.

[31:15] Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day , he shall surely be put to death.
Exodus 35:2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.
Leviticus 20:2 Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
Leviticus 20:9-16 [20:9] For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him. [20:10] And the man committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. [20:14] And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you. [20:15] And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.

Leviticus 20:27 A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard , shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.
Leviticus 21:9 And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire.
Leviticus 24:16 And he that blasphemeth the name of the LORD , he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemeth the name of the Lord, shall be put to death.

Numbers 35:21 Or in enmity smite him with his hand, that he die: he that smote him shall surely be put to death; for he is a murderer: the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer, when he meeteth him.
Numbers 35:30-31 [35:30] Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die. [35:31] Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which is guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death.
Numbers 35:33 So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it .

Deuteronomy 13:13-15 [13:13] Certain men, the children of Belial , are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods , which ye have not known; [13:14] Then shalt thou enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you; [13:15] Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.
Deuteronomy 17:2-5 [17:2] If there be found among you , within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant, [17:3] And hath gone and served other gods , and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded; [17:4] And it be told thee, and thou hast heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel: [17:5] Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die.
Deuteronomy 17:6-7 [17:6] At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death ; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death. [17:7] The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death , and afterward the hands of all the people. So thou shalt put the evil away from among you.
Deuteronomy 17:8-9, 12 [17:8] If there arise a matter too hard for thee in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within thy gates: then shalt thou arise, and get thee up into the place which the LORD thy God shall choose; [17:9] And thou shalt come unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and enquire; and they shall shew thee the sentence of judgment: [17:12] And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that standeth to minister there before the LORD thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.
Deuteronomy 18:20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods , even that prophet shall die.
Deuteronomy 19:11-12 [19:11] But if any man hate his neighbour , and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally that he die , and fleeth into one of these cities: [19:12] Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die
Deuteronomy 21:20-21 [21:20] And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard. Deuteronomy 22:20-21 [22:20] But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel : [22:21] Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city s hall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.
Deuteronomy 22:22 If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman : so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.
Deuteronomy 22:23-24 [22:23] If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her ; [22:24] Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; t he damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.
Deuteronomy 22:25 But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:
Deuteronomy 24:7 If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him ; the n that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you. (kidnapping)
Joshua 1:18 Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage.
II Chronicles 15:13 That whosoever would not seek the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.
