For only two people, besides Jesus, was it ever said that they pleased God, Jacob in Genesis 33:10 and Enoch in Hebrews 11:5.

Genesis 33:10

And Jacob said, Nay, I pray thee, if now I have found grace in thy sight, then receive my present at my hand: for therefore I have seen thy face, as though I had seen the face of God, and thou wast pleased with me.

Psalms 115:3

But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased .

Matthew 3:17
