Genesis 9:6

Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. (God did not ban a weapon of murder, but He did establish capital punishment.)

Exodus 22:2

Nehemiah 4:16-18

Nehemiah 4:20-21
