Numbers 27:22-23 [27:22] And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation: [27:23] And he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.
Numbers 27:18 And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him; (Moses is commanded to lay his hand on Joshua)

Luke 4:40 Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them. (Jesus healed people while in Simon's house in Capernaum)
Luke 13:11-13 [13:11] And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. [13:12] And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. Acts 13:1-3 [13:1] Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. [8:17] Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost. (This happened in a city of Samaria)
Acts 28:8 And it came to pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him.
