REFERENCE KINGS OF JUDAH (THE SOUTHERN KINGDOM)
II Chronicles 12:13-14 [12:13] So king Rehoboam strengthened himself in Jerusalem, and reigned: for Rehoboam was one and forty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which the LORD had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, to put his name there. And his mother's name was Naamah an Ammonitess. [12:14] And he did evil, because he prepared not his heart to seek the LORD. (17 years)
I Kings 15:1-3 [15:1] Now in the eighteenth year of king Jeroboam the son of Nebat reigned Abijam over Judah. [15:2] Three years reigned he in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Maachah, the daughter of Abishalom. [15:3] And he walked in all the sins of his father , which he had done before him: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as the heart of David his father. (Abijam also called Abijah) (3 years)
I Kings 15:8-11 [15:8] And Abijam slept with his fathers; and they buried him in the city of David: and Asa his son reigned in his stead. [15:9] And in the twentieth year of Jeroboam king of Israel reigned Asa over Judah. [15:10] And forty and one years reigned he in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Maachah, the daughter of Abishalom. [15:11] And Asa did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, as did David his father. (41 years)
I Kings 15:41-43 [22:41] And Jehoshaphat the son of Asa began to reign over Judah in the fourth year of Ahab king of Israel. [22:42] Jehoshaphat was thirty and five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned twenty and five years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Azubah the daughter of Shilhi. [22:43] And he walked in all the ways of Asa his father; he turned not aside from it, doing that which was right in the eyes of the LORD: nevertheless the high places were not taken away; for the people offered and burnt incense yet in the high places. (25 years)
II Kings 8:16-18 [8:16] And in the fifth year of Joram the son of Ahab king of Israel, Jehoshaphat being then king of Judah, Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat king of Judah began to reign. [8:17] Thirty and two years old was he when he began to reign; and he reigned eight years in Jerusalem. [8:18] And he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, as did the house of Ahab: for the daughter of Ahab was his wife: and he did evil in the sight of the LORD. (8 years)
II Kings 8:25-27 [8:25] In the twelfth year of Joram the son of Ahab king of Israel did Ahaziah the son of Jehoram king of Judah begin to reign. [8:26] Two and twenty years old was Ahaziah when he began to reign; and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Athaliah, the daughter of Omri king of Israel. [8:27] And he walked in the way of the house of Ahab, and did evil in the sight of the LORD, as did the house of Ahab: for he was the son in law of the house of Ahab. (1 year)
II Chronicles 22:2,12, 24:7 [22:2] Forty and two years old was Ahaziah when he began to reign, and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Athaliah the daughter of Omri. [22:12] And he was with them hid in the house of God six years : and Athaliah reigned over the land. [24:7] For the sons of Athaliah, that wicked woman, had broken up the house of God; and also all the dedicated things of the house of the LORD did they bestow upon Baalim. (6 years)
II Kings 12:1-2, II Chronicles 24:1-2 [12:1] In the seventh year of Jehu Jehoash began to reign; and forty years reigned he in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Zibiah of Beersheba. [12:2] And Jehoash did that which was right in the sight of the LORD all his days wherein Jehoiada the priest instructed him. [24:1] Joash was seven years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Zibiah of Beersheba. [24:2] And Joash did that which was right in the sight of the LORD all the days of Jehoiada the priest. (40 years)
II Chronicles 25:1-2 [25:1] Amaziah was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem. [25:2] And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, but not with a perfect heart. (29 years)
II Chronicles 26:1-4 [26:1] Then all the people of Judah took Uzziah, who was sixteen years old, and made him king in the room of his father Amaziah. [26:2] He built Eloth, and restored it to Judah, after that the king slept with his fathers. [26:3] Sixteen years old was Uzziah when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty and two years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Jecoliah of Jerusalem. [26:4] And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah did. (52 years)
II Chronicles 27:1-2 [27:1] Jotham was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Jerushah, the daughter of Zadok. [27:2] And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father Uzziah did: howbeit he entered not into the temple of the LORD. And the people did yet corruptly. (16 years)
II Chronicles 28:1 Ahaz was twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem: but he did not that which was right in the sight of the LORD, like David his father: (16 years)
II Chronicles 29:1-2 [29:1] Hezekiah began to reign when he was five and twenty years old, and he reigned nine and twenty years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Abijah, the daughter of Zechariah. [29:2] And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that David his father had done. (29 years)
II Chronicles 33:1-2, 12, 13 [33:1] Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem: [33:2] But did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, like unto the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel. [33:12] And when he was in affliction, he besought the LORD his God , and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers, [33:13] And prayed unto him: and he was intreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the LORD he was God. (55 years)
II Chronicles 33:21-22 [33:21] Amon was two and twenty years old when he began to reign, and reigned two years in Jerusalem. [33:22] But he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, as did Manasseh his father: for Amon sacrificed unto all the carved images which Manasseh his father had made, and served them; (2 years)
II Chronicles 34:1-2 [34:1] Josiah was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned in Jerusalem one and thirty years . [34:2] And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, and walked in the ways of David his father, and declined neither to the right hand, nor to the left. (31 years)
II Kings 23:31-32 [23:31] Jehoahaz was twenty and three years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah. [23:32] And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his fathers had done. (3 months)
II Chronicles 36:4-5 [36:4] And the king of Egypt made Eliakim his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem, and turned his name to Jehoiakim. And Necho took Jehoahaz his brother, and carried him to Egypt. [36:5] Jehoiakim was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God. (11 years)
II Chronicles 36:9 Jehoiachin was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD. (3 months & 10 days)
II Chronicles 36:11-12, II Kings 24:17 [II Chronicles 36:11] Zedekiah was one and twenty years old when he began to reign, and reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. [36:12] And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God, and humbled not himself before Jeremiah the prophet speaking from the mouth of the LORD. [II Kings 24:17] And the king of Babylon made Mattaniah his father's brother king in his stead, and changed his name to Zedekiah. (11 years)
