[Acts 4:11] This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner . [20:27] Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. [20:28] And Thomas answered and said unto him, My LORD and my God. [Psalms 22:16] For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
Acts 1:20, Psalms 69:25, 109:8 [Acts 1:20] For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take. [Psalms 69:25] Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents. [109:8] Let his days be few; and let another take his office.
Acts 2:16-21, Romans 10:13, Joel 2:28-32 [Acts 2:16] But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; [2:17] And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams : [2:18] And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: [2:19] And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: [2:20] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: [2:21] And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. [Romans 10:13] For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
See above [Joel 2:28] And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: [2:29] And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. [2:30] And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. [2:31] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. [2:32] And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
Acts 2:25-27, 2:31, 13:35, 37, Psalms 16:8-11 [Acts 2:27] For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: [2:26] Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: [2:27] Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption . [2:28] Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance. [2:31] He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. [13:35] Wherefore he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. [13:37] But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption.
See above [Psalms 16:8] I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved . [16:9] Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. [16:10] For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption . [16:11] Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
Acts 2:29-30, Psalms 132:11 [Acts 2:29] Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. [2:30] Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne ; [Psalms 132:11] The LORD hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne. (The Lord God is saying that the second person of the Trinity, Jesus, would sit on the throne of David. Note the special wording in the Psalm.)
Acts 3:22-23, 7:37, Deuteronomy 18:15, 18-19 [Acts 3:22] For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. [3:23] And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. [7:37] This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear. [Deuteronomy 18:15] The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; [18:18] I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. [18:19] And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
Acts 4:26, Psalms 2:2 [Acts 4:26] The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ. [Psalms 2:2] The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
Acts 7:6, Genesis 15:13 [Acts 7:6] And God spake on this wise, That his seed should sojourn in a strange land; and that they should bring them into bondage, and entreat them evil four hundred years. [Genesis 15:13] And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years ;
Acts 7:20, Hebrews 11:23, Exodus 2:1-2 [Acts 7:20] In which time Moses was born , and was exceeding fair, and nourished up in his father's house three months: [Hebrews 11:23 ] By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child ; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment. [Exodus 2:1] And there went a man of the house of Levi, and took to wife a daughter of Levi. [2:2] And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child , she hid him three months.
Acts 7:21, Exodus 2:3, 5-10 [Acts 7:21] And when he was cast out, Pharaoh's daughter took him up, and nourished him for her own son. [Exodus 2:3] And when she could not longer hide him , she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river's brink. [2:5] And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river's side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it. [2:6] And when she had opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, This is one of the Hebrews' children. [2:7] Then said his sister to Pharaoh's daughter, Shall I go and call to thee a nurse of the Hebrew women, that she may nurse the child for thee? [2:8] And Pharaoh's daughter said to her, Go. And the maid went and called the child's mother.
See above [Exodus 2:9] And Pharaoh's daughter said unto her, Take this child away, and nurse it for me, and I will give thee thy wages. And the woman took the child, and nursed it. [2:10] And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh's daughter , and he became her son . And she called his name Moses: and she said, Because I drew him out of the water.
Acts 7:23-28, 35, Hebrews 11:24-27, Exodus 2:11-14 [Acts 7:23] And when he was full forty years old , it came into his heart to visit his brethren the children of Israel. [7:24] And seeing one of them suffer wrong , he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed, and smote the Egyptian: [7:25] For he supposed his brethren would have understood how that God by his hand would deliver them: but they understood not. [7:26] And the next day he shewed himself unto them as they strove , and would have set them at one again, saying, Sirs, ye are brethren; why do ye wrong one to another? [7:27] But he that did his neighbour wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us? [7:28] Wilt thou kill me, as thou diddest the Egyptian yesterday? [7:35] This Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge? the same did God send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush.
See above [Hebrews 11:24] By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; [11:25] Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God , than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; [11:26] Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward. [11:27] By faith he forsook Egypt , not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.
See above [Exodus 2:11] And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown , that he went out unto his brethren , and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew , one of his brethren. [2:12] And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian , and hid him in the sand. [2:13] And when he went out the second day, behold, two men of the Hebrews strove together : and he said to him that did the wrong, Wherefore smitest thou thy fellow? [2:14] And he said, Who made thee a prince and a judge over us? intendest thou to kill me, as thou killedst the Egyptian? And Moses feared, and said, Surely this thing is known.
Acts 7:29, Exodus 2:15, 21-22 [Acts 7:29] Then fled Moses at this saying, and was a stranger in the land of Madian , where he begat two sons . [Exodus 2:15] Now when Pharaoh heard this thing, he sought to slay Moses. But Moses fled from the face of Pharaoh, and dwelt in the land of Midian : and he sat down by a well. [2:21] And Moses was content to dwell with the man: and he gave Moses Zipporah his daughter. [2:22] And she bare him a son , and he called his name Gershom: for he said, I have been a stranger in a strange land.
Acts 7:30, Exodus 2:23 [Acts 7:30] And when forty years were expired , there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire in a bush. Acts 7:34, Exodus 2:24-25 [Acts 7:34] I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning , and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt. [Exodus 2:24] And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob. [2:25] And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God had respect unto them.
Acts 7:40, Exodus 32:1, 23 [Acts 7:40] Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. [Exodus 32:1] And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. [32:23] For they said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
Acts 7:42-43, Amos 5:25-27 [Acts 7:42] Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness? [7:43] Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon. [Amos 5:25] Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? [5:26] But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. [5:27] Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts.
Acts 7:44, Hebrews 8:5, Exodus 25:40, 26:30 [Acts 7:44] Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen. [Hebrews 8:5] Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. [Exodus 25:40] And look that thou make them after their pattern , which was shewed thee in the mount. [26:30] And thou shalt rear up the tabernacle according to the fashion thereof which was shewed thee in the mount.
Acts 7:45-46, I Kings 8:17, I Chronicles 22:7, Psalms 132:1-5 [Acts 7:45] Which also our fathers that came after brought in with Jesus into the possession of the Gentiles, whom God drave out before the face of our fathers, unto the days of David; [7:46] Who found favour before God, and desired to find a tabernacle for the God of Jacob. [I Kings 8:17] And it was in the heart of David my father to build an house for the name of the LORD God of Israel. [I Chronicles 22:7] And David said to Solomon, My son, as for me, it was in my mind to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God: [Psalms 132:1] Lord, remember David, and all his afflictions: [132:2] How he sware unto the LORD, and vowed unto the mighty God of Jacob; [132:3] Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed; [132:4] I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids, [132:5] Until I find out a place for the LORD, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob.

Acts 7:48-50, 17:24, Isaiah 66:1-2 [Acts 7:48] Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, [7:49] Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest? [7:50] Hath not my hand made all these things? [17:24] God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; [Isaiah 66:1] Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? [66:2] For all those things hath mine hand made , and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
Acts 8:30-33, Isaiah 53:7-8 [Acts 8:30] And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? [8:31] And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. [8:32] The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth: [8:33] In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth. [Isaiah 53:7] He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. [53:8] He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

[Hebrews 1:5] For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? [5:5] So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. [Psalms 2:7] I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
Acts 13:40-41, Habakkuk 1:5 [Acts 13:40] Beware therefore, lest that come upon you, which is spoken of in the prophets; [13:41] Behold, ye despisers, and wonder , and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you. [Amos 9:11] In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen , and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins , and I will build it as in the days of old: [9:12] That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this.
Acts 23:5, Exodus 22:28 [Acts 23:5] Then said Paul, I wist not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for it is written, Thou shalt not speak evil of the ruler of thy people. [ Exodus 22:28] Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people.

[Hebrews 10:38] Now the just shall live by faith : but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. [3:12] They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable ; there is none that doeth good, no, not one . [3:13] Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: [3:14] Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:

[4:18] Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. [Genesis 17:5] Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.
