Genesis 3:13-15 [3:13] And the LORD God said unto the woman , What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. [3:14] And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: [3:15] And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel . (The Lord was speaking of Eve , Jesus, & Satan)
Genesis 8:20-22 [8:20] And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar. [8:21] And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake ; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done. [8:22] While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
Genesis 12:1-3 [12:1] Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: [12:2] And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: [12:3] And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
Genesis 13:14-17 [13:14] And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: [13:15] For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. [13:16] And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered. [13:17] Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee .
Genesis 15:5-6 [15:5] And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. [15:6] And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness. (Abram)
Genesis 17:4-8 [17:4] As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. [17:5] Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee . [17:6] And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. [17:7] And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. [17:8] And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger , all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.
Genesis 22:15-18 [22:15] And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, [22:16] And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: [22:17] That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; [22:18] And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Genesis 26:1-5 [26:1] And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. [26:2] And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: [26:3] Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father ; [26:4] And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed ; [26:5] Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
Genesis 28:12-16 [28:12] And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. [28:13] And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; [28:14] And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. [28:15] And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. [28:16] And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not.
Genesis 31:3 And the LORD said unto Jacob, Return unto the land of thy fathers, and to thy kindred; and I will be with thee .
Genesis 35:9-12 [35:9] And God appeared unto Jacob again, when he came out of Padanaram, and blessed him. [35:10] And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel. [35:11] And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins ; [35:12] And the land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after thee will I give the land .
Genesis 46:2-4 [46:2] And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I. [46:3] And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation: [46:4] I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes.
Genesis 31:3 [48:3] And Jacob said unto Joseph, God Almighty appeared unto me at Luz in the land of Canaan, and blessed me, [48:4] And said unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an everlasting possession.
Exodus 33:1 And the LORD said unto Moses, Depart, and go up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it :
Deuteronomy 34:4 And the LORD said unto him, This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither. (Moses)
Joshua 1:3-6 [1:3] Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. [1:4] From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast. [1:5] There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. [1:6] Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them . (Joshua)
II Samuel 7:12-16 [7:12] And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee , which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom . [7:13] He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever . [7:14] I will be his father , and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men: [7:15] But my mercy shall not depart away from him , as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee. [7:16] And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever. (David)
