Genesis 1:28, 9:1 [1:28] And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. [9:1] And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.
Genesis 2:15-17 [2:15] And the LORD God took the man , and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. [2:16] And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: [2:17] But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil , thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. (Note that this commandment was only to Adam, for Eve may not have even yet been created. Adam would have had to pass this commandment on to Eve. Also, note that God did not say to NOT eat of the tree of life !)
Genesis 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it , lest ye die. (Nowhere do I find in scripture that Adam and Eve were told NOT to touch it. God said in [Genesis 2:17] But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it : for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. )
Genesis 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: (In the Bible, it is never said that God told Adam not to eat of the tree of life .)
Genesis 4:4 [4:3] And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD. [4:4] And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: (Why did the Lord have respect unto Able's offering of the flock and not also unto Cain's offering of the fruit of the ground? It may be because the Lord had already told everyone to offer an offering from the flock, thus showing all that they should look forward to the offering of Himself by Jesus, the Lamb of God.)
Genesis 11:27, 12:5, 14:14-16 [11:27] Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot . Genesis 15:13, Exodus 12:40-41, Acts 7:6, Galatians 3:17 [Genesis 15:13] And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years ; [Exodus 12:40] Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years . Perhaps one of the "angels" with Lot may have been God's Son Jesus.)

[20:5] Said he not unto me, She is my sister? and she, even she herself said, He is my brother: in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this. Genesis 26:34, 28:9, 36:2-3 [26:34] And Esau was forty years old when he took to wife Judith the daughter of Beeri the Hittite, and Bashemath the daughter of Elon the Hittite: [28:9] Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham's son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife. [36:2] Esau took his wives of the daughters of Canaan; Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah the daughter of Zibeon the Hivite; [36:3] And Bashemath Ishmael's daughter, sister of Nebajoth. (26:34 says that the daughter of Elon the Hittte was named Basemath, whereas 36:2 indicates that Elon had a daughter named Adah. Also, 36:3 calls Ishmael's daughter by the name of Basemath. Again, whereas 28:9 calls Ishmael's daughter (who sister was Nebajoth) by the name of Mahalath)
Genesis 28:10-12, Daniel 9:21 [Genesis 28:10] And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. [28:11] And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. [28:12] And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. [Daniel 9:21] Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly , touched me about the time of the evening oblation. (Climbing on a ladder does not seem to fit the mode of transportation God gave to angels. Still, this is only a dream. Matthew Henry says that the angels on Jacob's ladder represent the constant intercourse between heaven and earth.)
Genesis 29:12, 11:26, 22:23 [Genesis 29:12] And Jacob told Rachel that he was her father's brother , and that he was Rebekah's son: and she ran and told her father. (Actually, Jacob was Rebekah's grandfather's brother's son , e.g., Rachel was Jacob's second cousin.) [Genesis 11:26] And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran. [Genesis 22:23] And Bethuel begat Rebekah: these eight Milcah did bear to Nahor, Abraham's brother.
Genesis 35:19, 37:10 [35:19] And Rachel died , and was buried in the way to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem. [37:10] And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? [50:13] or his sons carried him into the land of Canaan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Machpelah, which Abraham bought with the field , for a possession of a burying-place, of Ephron the Hittite, before Mamre. (Jacob's burial)
Exodus 3:22, Deuteronomy 22:5 [Exodus 3:22] But every woman shall borrow of her neighbour, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: and ye shall put them upon your sons , and upon your daughters; and ye shall spoil the Egyptians. [Deuteronomy 22:5] The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man , neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
Exodus 4:20, 25 [4:20] And Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them upon an ass, and he returned to the land of Egypt: and Moses took the rod of God in his hand. [4:25] Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast it at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody husband art thou to me. (Apparently Moses headed back to Egypt with his wife Zipporah, and their two sons, Gershom and Eliezer. It looks as if then that Zipporah only circumcised one of their sons. Was the other son less than the age for circumcision, which would have been 8 days old?)

Exodus 24:10-11, John 1:18, I john 4:12 [Exodus 24:10] And they saw the God of Israel : and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. Scripture says a number of places in the Bible that David reigned 40 years. What is this 40 years related to, in that it seems David is still king many years after this event. He mourns Absalom's death - [18:33] And the king was much moved, and went up to the chamber over the gate, and wept: and as he went, thus he said, O my son Absalom, my son, my son Absalom! would God I had died for thee, O Absalom, my son, my son! He returns to Jerusalem - [20:3] And David came to his house at Jerusalem; and the king took the ten women his concubines, whom he had left to keep the house, and put them in ward, and fed them, but went not in unto them. So they were shut up unto the day of their death, living in widowhood.
