   [kjv] And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.
   [bbe] Now the people were saying evil against the Lord; and the Lord, hearing it, was angry and sent fire on them, burning the outer parts of the tent-circle.
11:2[hb5] ¦Ê ©m ¦V ¼¯ ¦è «s ¨D ¡B ¼¯ ¦è ¬è ¨D ­C ©M µØ ¡B ¤õ ´N º¶ ¤F ¡C
   [kjv] And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched.
   [bbe] And the people made an outcry to Moses, and Moses made prayer to the Lord, and the fire was stopped.
11:3[hb5] ¨º ¦a ¤è «K ¥s §@ ¥L ³Æ ©Ô ¡B ¦] ¬° ­C ©M µØ ªº ¤õ ¿N ¦b ¥L ­Ì ¤¤ ¶¡ ¡C
   [kjv] And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.
   [bbe] So that place was named Taberah, because of the fire of the Lord which had been burning among them.
11:4[hb5] ¥L ­Ì ¤¤ ¶¡ ªº ¶¢ Âø ¤H ¤j °_ ³g ¼¤ ªº ¤ß ¡D ¥H ¦â ¦C ¤H ¤S ­ú ¸¹ »¡ ¡B ½Ö µ¹ §Ú ­Ì ¦× ³ð ©O ¡C
   [kjv] And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?
   [bbe] And the mixed band of people who went with them were overcome by desire: and the children of Israel, weeping again, said, Who will give us flesh for our food?
11:5[hb5] §Ú ­Ì °O ±o ¦b ®J ¤Î ªº ®É ­Ô ¡B ¤£ ªá ¿ú ´N ³ð ³½ ¡B ¤] °O ±o ¦³ ¶À ¥Ê ¡B ¦è ¥Ê ¡B ú{ µæ ¡B úq ¡B »[ ¡C
   [kjv] We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick:
   [bbe] Sweet is the memory of the fish we had in Egypt for nothing, and the fruit and green plants of every sort, sharp and pleasing to the taste:
11:6[hb5] ²{ ¦b §Ú ­Ì ªº ¤ß ¦å ¬\ ºÜ ¤F ¡B °£ ³o ¶Ü ­þ ¥H ¥~ ¡B ¦b §Ú ­Ì ²´ «e ¨Ã ¨S ¦³ §O ªº ªF ¦è ¡C
   [kjv] But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.
   [bbe] But now our soul is wasted away; there is nothing at all: we have nothing but this manna before our eyes.
11:7[hb5] ³o ¶Ü ­þ §Ï ©» Í´ ×h ¤l ¡B ¤S ¦n ¹³ ¬Ã ¯] ¡C
   [kjv] And the manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the colour of bdellium.
   [bbe] Now the manna was like a seed of grain, like small clear drops.
11:8[hb5] ¦Ê ©m ©P ³ò ¦æ ¨« ¡B §â ¶Ü ­þ ¦¬ °_ ¨Ó ¡B ©Î ¥Î ¿i ±À ¡B ©Î ¥Î ¦Ý ·o ¡B µN ¦b Áç ¤¤ ¡B ¤S §@ ¦¨ »æ ¡B ´þ ¨ý ¦n ¹³ ·s ªo ¡C
   [kjv] And the people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in a mortar, and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it: and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.
   [bbe] The people went about taking it up from the earth, crushing it between stones or hammering it to powder, and boiling it in pots, and they made cakes of it: its taste was like the taste of cakes cooked with oil.
11:9[hb5] ©] ¶¡ ÅS ¤ô ­° ¦b Àç ¤¤ ¡B ¶Ü ­þ ¤] ÀH µÛ ­° ¤U ¡C
   [kjv] And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it.
   [bbe] When the dew came down on the tents at night, the manna came down with it.
11:10[hb5] ¼¯ ¦è Å¥ ¨£ ¦Ê ©m ¡B ¦U ¦b ¦U ®a ªº ±b ´× ªù ¤f ­ú ¸¹ ¡C ­C ©M µØ ªº «ã ®ð «K ¤j µo §@ ¡B ¼¯ ¦è ´N ¤£ ³ß ®® ¡C
   [kjv] Then Moses heard the people weep throughout their families, every man in the door of his tent: and the anger of the LORD was kindled greatly; Moses also was displeased.
   [bbe] And at the sound of the people weeping, every man at his tent-door, the wrath of the Lord was great, and Moses was very angry.

   [kjv] And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore hast thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?
   [bbe] And Moses said to the Lord, Why have you done me this evil? and why have I not grace in your eyes, that you have put on me the care of all this people?

   [kjv] Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers?
   [bbe] Am I the father of all this people? have I given them birth, that you say to me, Take them in your arms, like a child at the breast, to the land which you gave by an oath to their fathers?
11:13[hb5] §Ú ±q ­þ ¸Ì ±o ¦× µ¹ ³o ¦Ê ©m ³ð ©O ¡B ¥L ­Ì ³£ ¦V §Ú ­ú ¸¹ »¡ ¡B §A µ¹ §Ú ­Ì ¦× ³ð ½} ¡C
   [kjv] Whence should I have flesh to give unto all this people? for they weep unto me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat.
   [bbe] Where am I to get flesh to give to all this people? For they are weeping to me and saying, Give us flesh for our food.
11:14[hb5] ºÞ ²z ³o ¦Ê ©m ªº ³d ¥ô ¤Ó ­« ¤F ¡B §Ú ¿W ¦Û ¾á ·í ¤£ °_ ¡C
   [kjv] I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.
   [bbe] I am not able by myself to take the weight of all this people, for it is more than my strength.
11:15[hb5] §A ³o ¼Ë «Ý §Ú ¡B §Ú ­Y ¦b §A ²´ «e »X ®¦ ¡B ¨D §A ¥ß ®É ±N §Ú ±þ ¤F ¡B ¤£ ¥s §Ú ¨£ ¦Û ¤v ªº ­W ±¡ ¡C
   [kjv] And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness.
   [bbe] If this is to be my fate, put me to death now in answer to my prayer, if I have grace in your eyes; and let me not see my shame.

   [kjv] And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.
   [bbe] And the Lord said to Moses, Send for seventy of the responsible men of Israel, who are in your opinion men of weight and authority over the people; make them come to the Tent of meeting and be there with you.
11:17[hb5] §Ú ­n ¦b ¨º ¸Ì ­° Á{ »P §A »¡ ¸Ü ¡B ¤] ­n §â ­° ©ó §A ¨­ ¤W ªº ÆF ¤À ½ç ¥L ­Ì ¡B ¥L ­Ì ´N ©M §A ¦P ·í ³o ºÞ ¦Ê ©m ªº ­« ¥ô ¡B §K ±o §A ¿W ¦Û ¾á ·í ¡C
   [kjv] And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.
   [bbe] And I will come down and have talk with you there: and I will take some of the spirit which is on you and put it on them, and they will take part of the weight of the people off you, so that you do not have to take it by yourself.
11:18[hb5] ¤S ­n ¹ï ¦Ê ©m »¡ ¡B §A ­Ì À³ ·í ¦Û ¼ä ¡B ¹w ³Æ ©ú ¤Ñ ³ð ¦× ¡B ¦] ¬° §A ­Ì ­ú ¸¹ »¡ ¡B ½Ö µ¹ §Ú ­Ì ¦× ³ð ¡B §Ú ­Ì ¦b ®J ¤Î «Ü ¦n ¡D ³o Án ­µ ¹F ¨ì ¤F ­C ©M µØ ªº ¦Õ ¤¤ ¡B ©Ò ¥H ¥L ¥² µ¹ §A ­Ì ¦× ³ð ¡C
   [kjv] And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat.
   [bbe] And say to the people, Make yourselves clean before tomorrow and you will have flesh for your food: for in the ears of the Lord you have been weeping and saying, Who will give us flesh for food? for we were well off in Egypt: and so the Lord will give you flesh, and it will be your food;
11:19[hb5] §A ­Ì ¤£ ¤î ³ð ¤@ ¤Ñ ¡B ¨â ¤Ñ ¡B ¤­ ¤Ñ ¡B ¤Q ¤Ñ ¡B ¤G ¤Q ¤Ñ ¡B
   [kjv] Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days;
   [bbe] Not for one day only, or even for five or ten or twenty days;
11:20[hb5] ­n ³ð ¤@ ­Ó ¾ã ¤ë ¡B ¬Æ ¦Ü ¦× ±q §A ­Ì »ó ¤Õ ¸Ì ¼Q ¥X ¨Ó ¡B ¨Ï §A ­Ì ¹½ ´c ¤F ¡B ¦] ¬° §A ­Ì ¹½ ±ó ¦í ¦b §A ­Ì ¤¤ ¶¡ ªº ­C ©M µØ ¡B ¦b ¥L ­± «e ­ú ¸¹ »¡ ¡B §Ú ­Ì ¬° ¦ó ¥X ¤F ®J ¤Î ©O ¡C
   [kjv] But even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the LORD which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt?
   [bbe] But every day for a month, till you are tired of it, turning from it in disgust: because you have gone against the Lord who is with you, and have been weeping before him saying, Why did we come out of Egypt?
11:21[hb5] ¼¯ ¦è ¹ï ­C ©M µØ »¡ ¡B ³o »P §Ú ¦P ¦í ªº ¦Ê ©m ¡B ¨B ¦æ ªº ¨k ¤H ¦³ ¤» ¤Q ¸U ¡B §A ÁÙ »¡ ¡B §Ú ­n §â ¦× µ¹ ¥L ­Ì ¡B ¨Ï ¥L ­Ì ¥i ¥H ³ð ¤@ ­Ó ¾ã ¤ë ¡C
   [kjv] And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month.
   [bbe] Then Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand men on foot; and you have said, I will give them flesh to be their food for a month.
11:22[hb5] Ãø ¹D µ¹ ¥L ­Ì ®_ ¤F ¦Ï ¸s ¤û ¸s ¡B ©Î ¬O §â ®ü ¤¤ ©Ò ¦³ ªº ³½ ¡B ³£ »E ¤F ¨Ó ¡B ´N °÷ ¥L ­Ì ³ð »ò ¡C
   [kjv] Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?
   [bbe] Are flocks and herds to be put to death for them? or are all the fish in the sea to be got together so that they may be full?
11:23[hb5] ­C ©M µØ ¹ï ¼¯ ¦è »¡ ¡B ­C ©M µØ ªº »H Áu °Z ¬O ÁY µu ¤F »ò ¡D ²{ ¦b ­n ¬Ý §Ú ªº ¸Ü ¦V §A À³ Åç ¤£ À³ Åç ¡C
   [kjv] And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD's hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.
   [bbe] And the Lord said to Moses, Has the Lord's hand become short? Now you will see if my word comes true for you or not.
11:24[hb5] ¼¯ ¦è ¥X ¥h ±N ­C ©M µØ ªº ¸Ü §i ¶D ¦Ê ©m ¡B ¤S ©Û »E ¦Ê ©m ªº ªø ¦Ñ ¤¤ ¤C ¤Q ­Ó ¤H ¨Ó ¡B ¨Ï ¥L ­Ì ¯¸ ¦b ·| ¹õ ªº ¥| ³ò ¡C
   [kjv] And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle.
   [bbe] And Moses went out and gave the people the words of the Lord: and he took seventy of the responsible men of the people, placing them round the Tent.
11:25[hb5] ­C ©M µØ ¦b ¶³ ¤¤ ­° Á{ ¡B ¹ï ¼¯ ¦è »¡ ¸Ü ¡B §â ­° »P ¥L ¨­ ¤W ªº ÆF ¤À ½ç ¨º ¤C ¤Q ­Ó ªø ¦Ñ ¡D ÆF °± ¦b ¥L ­Ì ¨­ ¤W ªº ®É ­Ô ¡B ¥L ­Ì ´N ¨ü ·P »¡ ¸Ü ¡B ¥H «á «o ¨S ¦³ ¦A »¡ ¡C
   [kjv] And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.
   [bbe] Then the Lord came down in the cloud and had talk with him, and put on the seventy men some of the spirit which was on him: now when the spirit came to rest on them, they were like prophets, but only at that time.
11:26[hb5] ¦ý ¦³ ¨â ­Ó ¤H ¤´ ¦b Àç ¸Ì ¡B ¤@ ­Ó ¦W ¥s ¥ì §Q ¹F ¡B ¤@ ­Ó ¦W ¥s ¦Ì ¹F ¡B ¥L ­Ì ¥» ¬O ¦b ¨º ¨Ç ³Q ¿ý ªº ¤H ¤¤ ¡B «o ¨S ¦³ ¨ì ·| ¹õ ¨º ¸Ì ¥h ¡B ÆF °± ¦b ¥L ­Ì ¨­ ¤W ¡B ¥L ­Ì ´N ¦b Àç ¸Ì »¡ ¹w ¨¥ ¡C
   [kjv] But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp.
   [bbe] But two men were still in the tent-circle one of them named Eldad and the other Medad: and the spirit came to rest on them; they were among those who had been sent for, but they had not gone out to the Tent: and the prophet's power came on them in the tent-circle.
11:27[hb5] ¦³ ­Ó ¤Ö ¦~ ¤H ¶] ¨Ó §i ¶D ¼¯ ¦è »¡ ¡B ¥ì §Q ¹F ¡B ¦Ì ¹F ¦b Àç ¸Ì »¡ ¹w ¨¥ ¡C
   [kjv] And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.
   [bbe] And a young man went running to Moses and said, Eldad and Medad are acting as prophets in the tent-circle.
11:28[hb5] ¼¯ ¦è ªº À° ¤â ¹à ªº ¨à ¤l ¬ù ®Ñ ¨È ¡B ´N ¬O ¼¯ ¦è ©Ò ´z ¿ï ªº ¤@ ­Ó ¤H ¡B »¡ ¡B ½Ð §Ú ¥D ¼¯ ¦è ¸T ¤î ¥L ­Ì ¡C
   [kjv] And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.
   [bbe] Then Joshua, the son of Nun, who had been Moses' servant from the time when he was a child, said, My lord Moses, let them be stopped.
11:29[hb5] ¼¯ ¦è ¹ï ¥L »¡ ¡B §A ¬° §Ú ªº ½t ¬G ¶ú §ª ¤H »ò ¡C ±© Ä@ ­C ©M µØ ªº ¦Ê ©m ³£ ¨ü ·P »¡ ¸Ü ¡B Ä@ ­C ©M µØ §â ¥L ªº ÆF ­° ¦b ¥L ­Ì ¨­ ¤W ¡C
   [kjv] And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD's people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!
   [bbe] And Moses said to him, Are you moved by envy on my account? If only all the Lord's people were prophets, and the Lord might put his spirit on them!
11:30[hb5] ©ó ¬O ¼¯ ¦è ©M ¥H ¦â ¦C ªº ªø ¦Ñ ¡B ³£ ¦^ ¨ì Àç ¸Ì ¥h ¡C
   [kjv] And Moses gat him into the camp, he and the elders of Israel.
   [bbe] Then Moses, with the responsible men of Israel, went back to the tent-circle.
11:31[hb5] ¦³ ­· ±q ­C ©M µØ ¨º ¸Ì ¾h °_ ¡B §â ÄO ÄL ¥Ñ ®ü ­± ¾h ¨Ó ¡B ­¸ ´² ¦b Àç Ãä ©M Àç ªº ¥| ³ò ¡B ³o Ãä ¬ù ¦³ ¤@ ¤Ñ ªº ¸ô µ{ ¡B ¨º Ãä ¬ù ¦³ ¤@ ¤Ñ ªº ¸ô µ{ ¡B Â÷ ¦a ­± ¬ù ¦³ ¤G ¨y ¡C
   [kjv] And there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day's journey on this side, and as it were a day's journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth.
   [bbe] Then the Lord sent a wind, driving little birds from the sea, so that they came down on the tents, and all round the tent-circle, about a day's journey on this side and on that, in masses about two cubits high over the face of the earth.
11:32[hb5] ¦Ê ©m °_ ¨Ó ¡B ²× ¤é ²× ©] ¡B ¨Ã ¦¸ ¤é ¤@ ¾ã ¤Ñ ¡B ®· ¨ú ÄO ÄL ¡B ¦Ü ¤Ö ªº ¤] ¨ú ¤F ¤Q ¶P ±ö Ò­ ¡B ¬° ¦Û ¤v Â\ ¦C ¦b Àç ªº ¥| ³ò ¡C
   [kjv] And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp.
   [bbe] And all that day and all night and the day after, the people were taking up the birds; the smallest amount which anyone got was ten homers: and they put them out all round the tents.
11:33[hb5] ¦× ¦b ¥L ­Ì ¤ú ¾¦ ¤§ ¶¡ ¡B ©| ¥¼ ÄZ Äê ¡B ­C ©M µØ ªº «ã ®ð ´N ¦V ¥L ­Ì µo §@ ¡B ¥Î ³Ì ­« ªº ¨a ¬o À» ±þ ¤F ¥L ­Ì ¡C
   [kjv] And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD smote the people with a very great plague.
   [bbe] But while the meat was still between their teeth, before it was tasted, the wrath of the Lord was moved against the people and he sent a great outburst of disease on them.
11:34[hb5] ¨º ¦a ¤è «K ¥s §@ °ò ³Õ ù «¢ ¥L ¥Ë ¡e ´N ¬O ³g ±ý ¤§ ¤H ªº ¼X ¹Ó ¡f ¡B ¦] ¬° ¥L ­Ì ¦b ¨º ¸Ì ¸® ®I ¨º °_ ³g ¼¤ ¤§ ¤ß ªº ¤H ¡C
   [kjv] And he called the name of that place Kibrothhattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted.
   [bbe] So that place was named Kibroth-hattaavah; because there they put in the earth the bodies of the people who had given way to their desires.
11:35[hb5] ¦Ê ©m ±q °ò ³Õ ù «¢ ¥L ¥Ë ¨« ¨ì «¢ ¬~ ¿ý ¡B ´N ¦í ¦b «¢ ¬~ ¿ý ¡C
   [kjv] And the people journeyed from Kibrothhattaavah unto Hazeroth; and abode at Hazeroth.
   [bbe] From Kibroth-hattaavah the people went on to Hazeroth; and there they put up their tents.
