約伯記 Job

10:1	[hb5]	我厭煩我的性命、必由著自己述說我的哀情．因心裡苦惱．我要說話．
	[kjv]	My soul is weary of my life; I will leave my complaint upon myself; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.
	[bbe]	My soul is tired of life; I will let my sad thoughts go free in words; my soul will make a bitter outcry.
10:2	[hb5]	對　神說、不要定我有罪、要指示我、你為何與我爭辯。
	[kjv]	I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou contendest with me.
	[bbe]	I will say to God, Do not put me down as a sinner; make clear to me what you have against me.
10:3	[hb5]	你手所造的、你又欺壓、又藐視、卻光照惡人的計謀．這事你以為美麼。
	[kjv]	Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?
	[bbe]	What profit is it to you to be cruel, to give up the work of your hands, looking kindly on the design of evil-doers?
10:4	[hb5]	你的眼豈是肉眼．你查看、豈像人查看麼。
	[kjv]	Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth?
	[bbe]	Have you eyes of flesh, or do you see as man sees?
10:5	[hb5]	你的日子豈像人的日子．你的年歲、豈像人的年歲、
	[kjv]	Are thy days as the days of man? are thy years as man's days,
	[bbe]	Are your days as the days of man, or your years like his,
10:6	[hb5]	就追問我的罪孽、尋察我的罪過麼。
	[kjv]	That thou enquirest after mine iniquity, and searchest after my sin?
	[bbe]	That you take note of my sin, searching after my wrongdoing,
10:7	[hb5]	其實、你知道我沒有罪惡、並沒有能救我脫離你手的。
	[kjv]	Thou knowest that I am not wicked; and there is none that can deliver out of thine hand.
	[bbe]	Though you see that I am not an evil-doer; and there is no one who is able to take a man out of your hands?
10:8	[hb5]	你的手創造我、造就我的四肢百體．你還要毀滅我。
	[kjv]	Thine hands have made me and fashioned me together round about; yet thou dost destroy me.
	[bbe]	Your hands made me, and I was formed by you, but then, changing your purpose, you gave me up to destruction.
10:9	[hb5]	求你記念、製造我如摶泥一般．你還要使我歸於麈土麼。
	[kjv]	Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again?
	[bbe]	O keep in mind that you made me out of earth; and will you send me back again to dust?
10:10	[hb5]	你不是倒出我來好像奶、使我凝結如同奶餅麼。
	[kjv]	Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese?
	[bbe]	Was I not drained out like milk, becoming hard like cheese?
10:11	[hb5]	你以皮和肉為衣、給我穿上、用骨與筋、把我全體聯絡。
	[kjv]	Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews.
	[bbe]	By you I was clothed with skin and flesh, and joined together with bones and muscles.
10:12	[hb5]	你將生命和慈愛賜給我、你也眷顧保全我的心靈。
	[kjv]	Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.
	[bbe]	You have been kind to me, and your grace has been with me, and your care has kept my spirit safe.
10:13	[hb5]	然而你待我的這些事、早已藏在你心裡．我知道你久有此意。
	[kjv]	And these things hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this is with thee.
	[bbe]	But you kept these things in the secret of your heart; I am certain this was in your thoughts:
10:14	[hb5]	我若犯罪、你就察看我、並不赦免我的罪孽。
	[kjv]	If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity.
	[bbe]	That, if I did wrong, you would take note of it, and would not make me clear from sin:
10:15	[hb5]	我若行惡、便有了禍．我若為義、也不敢抬頭、正是滿心羞愧、眼見我的苦情。
	[kjv]	If I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be righteous, yet will I not lift up my head. I am full of confusion; therefore see thou mine affliction;
	[bbe]	That, if I was an evil-doer, the curse would come on me; and if I was upright, my head would not be lifted up, being full of shame and overcome with trouble.
10:16	[hb5]	我若昂首自得、你就追捕我如獅子．又在我身上顯出奇能。
	[kjv]	For it increaseth. Thou huntest me as a fierce lion: and again thou shewest thyself marvellous upon me.
	[bbe]	And that if there was cause for pride, you would go after me like a lion; and again put out your wonders against me:
10:17	[hb5]	你重立見證攻擊我、向我加增惱怒．如軍兵更換著攻擊我。
	[kjv]	Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and increasest thine indignation upon me; changes and war are against me.
	[bbe]	That you would send new witnesses against me, increasing your wrath against me, and letting loose new armies on me.
10:18	[hb5]	你為何使我出母胎呢．不如我當時氣絕、無人得見我。
	[kjv]	Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb? Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me!
	[bbe]	Why then did you make me come out of my mother's body? It would have been better for me to have taken my last breath, and for no eye to have seen me,
10:19	[hb5]	這樣、就如沒有我一般．一出母胎、就被送入墳墓。
	[kjv]	I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave.
	[bbe]	And for me to have been as if I had not been; to have been taken from my mother's body straight to my last resting-place.
10:20	[hb5]	我的日子不是甚少麼．求你停手寬容我、叫我在往而不返之先、就是往黑暗和死蔭之地以先、可以稍得暢快。
	[kjv]	Are not my days few? cease then, and let me alone, that I may take comfort a little,
	[bbe]	Are not the days of my life small in number? Let your eyes be turned away from me, so that I may have a little pleasure,
10:21	[hb5]	見上節
	[kjv]	Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death;
	[bbe]	Before I go to the place from which I will not come back, to the land where all is dark and black,
10:22	[hb5]	那地甚是幽暗、是死蔭混沌之地．那裡的光好像幽暗。
	[kjv]	A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness.
	[bbe]	A land of thick dark, without order, where the very light is dark.
