耶利米哀歌 Lamentations

3:1	[hgb]	我是因耶和华忿怒的杖，遭遇困苦的人。
	[bbe]	I am the man who has seen trouble by the rod of his wrath.
3:2	[hgb]	他引导我，使我行在黑暗中，不行在光明里。
	[bbe]	By him I have been made to go in the dark where there is no light.
3:3	[hgb]	他真是终日再三反手攻击我。
	[bbe]	Truly against me his hand has been turned again and again all the day.
3:4	[hgb]	他使我的皮肉枯干。他折断（或作压伤）我的骨头。
	[bbe]	My flesh and my skin have been used up by him and my bones broken.
3:5	[hgb]	他筑垒攻击我，用苦楚（原文作苦胆）和艰难围困我。
	[bbe]	He has put up a wall against me, shutting me in with bitter sorrow.
3:6	[hgb]	他使我住在幽暗之处，像死了许久的人一样。
	[bbe]	He has kept me in dark places, like those who have been long dead.
3:7	[hgb]	他用篱笆围住我，使我不能出去。他使我的铜链沉重。
	[bbe]	He has put a wall round me, so that I am not able to go out; he has made great the weight of my chain.
3:8	[hgb]	我哀号求救。他使我的祷告不得上达。
	[bbe]	Even when I send up a cry for help, he keeps my prayer shut out.
3:9	[hgb]	他用凿过的石头挡住我的道。他使我的路弯曲。
	[bbe]	He has put up a wall of cut stones about my ways, he has made my roads twisted.
3:10	[hgb]	他向我如熊埋伏，如狮子在隐密处。
	[bbe]	He is like a bear waiting for me, like a lion in secret places.
3:11	[hgb]	他使我转离正路，将我撕碎，使我凄凉。
	[bbe]	By him my ways have been turned on one side and I have been pulled in bits; he has made me waste.
3:12	[hgb]	他张弓将我当作箭靶子。
	[bbe]	With his bow bent, he has made me the mark for his arrows.
3:13	[hgb]	他把箭袋中的箭射入我的肺腑。
	[bbe]	He has let loose his arrows into the inmost parts of my body.
3:14	[hgb]	我成了众民的笑话。他们终日以我为歌曲。
	[bbe]	I have become the sport of all the peoples; I am their song all the day.
3:15	[hgb]	他用苦楚充满我，使我饱用茵陈。
	[bbe]	He has made my life nothing but pain, he has given me the bitter root in full measure.
3:16	[hgb]	他又用沙石碜断我的牙，用灰尘将我蒙蔽。
	[bbe]	By him my teeth have been broken with crushed stones, and I am bent low in the dust.
3:17	[hgb]	你使我远离平安，我忘记好处。
	[bbe]	My soul is sent far away from peace, I have no more memory of good.
3:18	[hgb]	我就说，我的力量衰败。我在耶和华那里毫无指望。
	[bbe]	And I said, My strength is cut off, and my hope from the Lord.
3:19	[hgb]	耶和华阿，求你记念我如茵陈和苦胆的困苦窘迫。
	[bbe]	Keep in mind my trouble and my wandering, the bitter root and the poison.
3:20	[hgb]	我心想念这些，就在里面忧闷。
	[bbe]	My soul still keeps the memory of them; and is bent down in me.
3:21	[hgb]	我想起这事，心里就有指望。
	[bbe]	This I keep in mind, and because of this I have hope.
3:22	[hgb]	我们不至消灭，是出于耶和华诸般的慈爱。是因他的怜悯不至断绝。
	[bbe]	It is through the Lord's love that we have not come to destruction, because his mercies have no limit.
3:23	[hgb]	每早晨，这都是新的。你的诚实极其广大。
	[bbe]	They are new every morning; great is your good faith.
3:24	[hgb]	我心里说，耶和华是我的分，因此，我要仰望他。
	[bbe]	I said to myself, The Lord is my heritage; and because of this I will have hope in him.
3:25	[hgb]	凡等候耶和华，心里寻求他的，耶和华必施恩给他。
	[bbe]	The Lord is good to those who are waiting for him, to the soul which is looking for him.
3:26	[hgb]	人仰望耶和华，静默等候他的救恩，这原是好的。
	[bbe]	It is good to go on hoping and quietly waiting for the salvation of the Lord.
3:27	[hgb]	人在幼年负轭，这原是好的。
	[bbe]	It is good for a man to undergo the yoke when he is young.
3:28	[hgb]	他当独坐无言，因为这是耶和华加在他身上的。
	[bbe]	Let him be seated by himself, saying nothing, because he has put it on him.
3:29	[hgb]	他当口贴尘埃，或者有指望。
	[bbe]	Let him put his mouth in the dust, if by chance there may be hope.
3:30	[hgb]	他当由人打他的腮颊，要满受凌辱。
	[bbe]	Let his face be turned to him who gives him blows; let him be full of shame.
3:31	[hgb]	因为主必不永远丢弃人。
	[bbe]	For the Lord does not give a man up for ever.
3:32	[hgb]	主虽使人忧愁，还要照他诸般的慈爱发怜悯。
	[bbe]	For though he sends grief, still he will have pity in the full measure of his love.
3:33	[hgb]	因他并不甘心使人受苦，使人忧愁。
	[bbe]	For he has no pleasure in troubling and causing grief to the children of men.
3:34	[hgb]	人将世上被囚的踹（原文作压）在脚下，
	[bbe]	In a man's crushing under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
3:35	[hgb]	或在至高者面前屈枉人，
	[bbe]	In his turning away the right of a man before the face of the Most High.
3:36	[hgb]	或在人的讼事上颠倒是非，这都是主看不上的。
	[bbe]	In his doing wrong to a man in his cause, the Lord has no pleasure.
3:37	[hgb]	除非主命定，谁能说成就成呢？
	[bbe]	Who is able to say a thing, and give effect to it, if it has not been ordered by the Lord?
3:38	[hgb]	祸福不都出于至高者的口吗？
	[bbe]	Do not evil and good come from the mouth of the Most High?
3:39	[hgb]	活人因自己的罪受罚，为何发怨言呢？
	[bbe]	What protest may a living man make, even a man about the punishment of his sin?
3:40	[hgb]	我们当深深考察自己的行为，再归向耶和华。
	[bbe]	Let us make search and put our ways to the test, turning again to the Lord;
3:41	[hgb]	我们当诚心向天上的神举手祷告。
	[bbe]	Lifting up our hearts with our hands to God in the heavens.
3:42	[hgb]	我们犯罪背逆，你并不赦免。
	[bbe]	We have done wrong and gone against your law; we have not had your forgiveness.
3:43	[hgb]	你自被怒气遮蔽，追赶我们。你施行杀戮，并不顾惜。
	[bbe]	Covering yourself with wrath you have gone after us, cutting us off without pity;
3:44	[hgb]	你以黑云遮蔽自己，以致祷告不得透入。
	[bbe]	Covering yourself with a cloud, so that prayer may not get through.
3:45	[hgb]	你使我们在万民中成为污秽和渣滓。
	[bbe]	You have made us like waste and that for which there is no use, among the peoples.
3:46	[hgb]	我们的仇敌都向我们大大张口。
	[bbe]	The mouths of all our haters are open wide against us.
3:47	[hgb]	恐惧和陷坑，残害和毁灭，都临近我们。
	[bbe]	Fear and deep waters have come on us, wasting and destruction.
3:48	[hgb]	因我众民遭的毁灭，我就眼泪下流如河。
	[bbe]	Rivers of water are running down from my eyes, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
3:49	[hgb]	我的眼多多流泪，总不止息，
	[bbe]	My eyes are streaming without stopping, they have no rest,
3:50	[hgb]	直等耶和华垂顾，从天观看。
	[bbe]	Till the Lord's eye is turned on me, till he sees my trouble from heaven.
3:51	[hgb]	因我本城的众民，我的眼，使我的心伤痛。
	[bbe]	The Lord is unkind to my soul, more than all the daughters of my town.
3:52	[hgb]	无故与我为仇的追逼我，像追雀鸟一样。
	[bbe]	They who are against me without cause have gone hard after me as if I was a bird;
3:53	[hgb]	他们使我的命在牢狱中断绝，并将一块石头抛在我身上。
	[bbe]	They have put an end to my life in the prison, stoning me with stones.
3:54	[hgb]	众水流过我头，我说，我命断绝了。
	[bbe]	Waters were flowing over my head; I said, I am cut off.
3:55	[hgb]	耶和华阿，我从深牢中求告你的名。
	[bbe]	I was making prayer to your name, O Lord, out of the lowest prison.
3:56	[hgb]	你曾听见我的声音。我求你解救，你不要掩耳不听。
	[bbe]	My voice came to you; let not your ear be shut to my breathing, to my cry.
3:57	[hgb]	我求告你的日子，你临近我，说，不要惧怕。
	[bbe]	You came near in the day when I made my prayer to you: you said, Have no fear.
3:58	[hgb]	主阿，你伸明了我的冤。你救赎了我的命。
	[bbe]	O Lord, you have taken up the cause of my soul, you have made my life safe.
3:59	[hgb]	耶和华阿，你见了我受的委屈。求你为我伸冤。
	[bbe]	O Lord, you have seen my wrong; be judge in my cause.
3:60	[hgb]	他们仇恨我，谋害我，你都看见了。
	[bbe]	You have seen all the evil rewards they have sent on me, and all their designs against me.
3:61	[hgb]	耶和华阿，你听见他们辱骂我的话，知道他们向我所设的计，
	[bbe]	Their bitter words have come to your ears, O Lord, and all their designs against me;
3:62	[hgb]	并那些起来攻击我的人口中所说的话，以及终日向我所设的计谋。
	[bbe]	The lips of those who came up against me, and their thoughts against me all the day.
3:63	[hgb]	求你观看，他们坐下，起来，都以我为歌曲。
	[bbe]	Take note of them when they are seated, and when they get up; I am their song.
3:64	[hgb]	耶和华阿，你要按着他们手所作的向他们施行报应。
	[bbe]	You will give them their reward, O Lord, answering to the work of their hands.
3:65	[hgb]	你要使他们心里刚硬，使你的咒诅临到他们。
	[bbe]	You will let their hearts be covered over with your curse on them.
3:66	[hgb]	你要发怒追赶他们，从耶和华的天下除灭他们。
	[bbe]	You will go after them in wrath, and put an end to them from under the heavens of the Lord.
