以弗所書 Ephesians

2:1	[hb5]	你們死在過犯罪惡之中、他叫你們活過來．
	[kjv]	And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
	[bbe]	And to you did he give life, when you were dead through your wrongdoing and sins,
2:2	[hb5]	那時、你們在其中行事為人隨從今世的風俗、順服空中掌權者的首領、就是現今在悖逆之子心中運行的邪靈．
	[kjv]	Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
	[bbe]	In which you were living in the past, after the ways of this present world, doing the pleasure of the lord of the power of the air, the spirit who is now working in those who go against the purpose of God;
2:3	[hb5]	我們從前也都在他們中間、放縱肉體的私慾、隨著肉體和心中所喜好的去行、本為可怒之子、和別人一樣．
	[kjv]	Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
	[bbe]	Among whom we all at one time were living in the pleasures of our flesh, giving way to the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and the punishment of God was waiting for us even as for the rest.
2:4	[hb5]	然而　神既有豐富的憐憫．因他愛我們的大愛、
	[kjv]	But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
	[bbe]	But God, being full of mercy, through the great love which he had for us,
2:5	[hb5]	當我們死在過犯中的時候、便叫我們與基督一同活過來．（你們得救是本乎恩）
	[kjv]	Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
	[bbe]	Even when we were dead through our sins, gave us life together with Christ (by grace you have salvation),
2:6	[hb5]	他又叫我們與基督耶穌一同復活、一同坐在天上、
	[kjv]	And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
	[bbe]	So that we came back from death with him, and are seated with him in the heavens, in Christ Jesus;
2:7	[hb5]	要將他極豐富的恩典、就是他在基督耶穌裡向我們所施的恩慈、顯明給後來的世代看．
	[kjv]	That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
	[bbe]	That in the time to come he might make clear the full wealth of his grace in his mercy to us in Christ Jesus:
2:8	[hb5]	你們得救是本乎恩、也因著信、這並不是出於自己、乃是　神所賜的．
	[kjv]	For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
	[bbe]	Because by grace you have salvation through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is given by God:
2:9	[hb5]	也不是出於行為、免得有人自誇。
	[kjv]	Not of works, lest any man should boast.
	[bbe]	Not by works, so that no man may take glory to himself.
2:10	[hb5]	我們原是他的工作、在基督耶穌裡造成的、為要叫我們行善、就是　神所預備叫我們行的。
	[kjv]	For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
	[bbe]	For by his act we were given existence in Christ Jesus to do those good works which God before made ready for us so that we might do them.
2:11	[hb5]	所以你們應當記念、你們從前按肉體是外邦人、是稱為沒受割禮的這名原是那些憑人手在肉身上稱為受割禮之人所起的．
	[kjv]	Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
	[bbe]	For this reason keep it in mind that in the past you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are looked on as being outside the circumcision by those who have circumcision, in the flesh, made by hands;
2:12	[hb5]	那時、你們與基督無關、在以色列國民以外、在所應許的諸約上是局外人．並且活在世上沒有指望、沒有　神。
	[kjv]	That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
	[bbe]	That you were at that time without Christ, being cut off from any part in Israel's rights as a nation, having no part in God's agreement, having no hope, and without God in the world.
2:13	[hb5]	你們從前遠離　神的人、如今卻在基督耶穌裡、靠著他的血、已經得親近了。
	[kjv]	But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
	[bbe]	But now in Christ Jesus you who at one time were far off are made near in the blood of Christ.
2:14	[hb5]	因他使我們和睦、〔原文作因他是我們的和睦〕將兩下合而為一、拆毀了中間隔斷的牆．
	[kjv]	For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
	[bbe]	For he is our peace, who has made the two into one, and by whom the middle wall of division has been broken down,
2:15	[hb5]	而且以自己的身體、廢掉冤仇、就是那記在律法上的規條．為要將兩下、藉著自己造成一個新人、如此便成就了和睦．
	[kjv]	Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
	[bbe]	Having in his flesh put an end to that which made the division between us, even the law with its rules and orders, so that he might make in himself, of the two, one new man, so making peace;
2:16	[hb5]	既在十字架上滅了冤仇、便藉這十字架、使兩下歸為一體、與　神和好了．
	[kjv]	And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
	[bbe]	And that the two might come into agreement with God in one body through the cross, so putting an end to that division.
2:17	[hb5]	並且來傳和平的福音給你們遠處的人、也給那近處的人。
	[kjv]	And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
	[bbe]	And he came preaching peace to you who were far off, and to those who were near;
2:18	[hb5]	因為我們兩下藉著他被一個聖靈所感、得以進到父面前。
	[kjv]	For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
	[bbe]	Because through him the two of us are able to come near in one Spirit to the Father.
2:19	[hb5]	這樣、你們不再作外人、和客旅、是與聖徒同國、是　神家裡的人了．
	[kjv]	Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
	[bbe]	So then you are no longer as those who have no part or place in the kingdom of God, but you are numbered among the saints, and of the family of God,
2:20	[hb5]	並且被建造在使徒和先知的根基上、有基督耶穌自己為房角石．
	[kjv]	And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
	[bbe]	Resting on the base of the Apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief keystone,
2:21	[hb5]	各〔或作全〕房靠他聯絡得合式、漸漸成為主的聖殿．
	[kjv]	In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
	[bbe]	In whom all the building, rightly joined together, comes to be a holy house of God in the Lord;
2:22	[hb5]	你們也靠他同被建造成為　神藉著聖靈居住的所在。
	[kjv]	In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
	[bbe]	In whom you, with the rest, are united together as a living-place of God in the Spirit.
