28:1[hb5] 當 年 、 就 是 猶 大 王 西 底 家 登 基 第 四 年 五 月 、 基 遍 人 押 朔 的 兒 子 先 知 哈 拿 尼 雅 、 在 耶 和 華 的 殿 中 當 著 祭 司 和 眾 民 、 對 我 說 、
   [kjv] And it came to pass the same year, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year, and in the fifth month, that Hananiah the son of Azur the prophet, which was of Gibeon, spake unto me in the house of the LORD, in the presence of the priests and of all the people, saying,
   [bbe] And it came about in that year, when Zedekiah first became king of Judah, in the fourth year, in the fifth month, that Hananiah, the son of Azzur the prophet, who came from Gibeon, said to Jeremiah in the house of the Lord, before the priests and all the people,
28:2[hb5] 萬 軍 之 耶 和 華 以 色 列 的 　 神 如 此 說 、 我 已 經 折 斷 巴 比 倫 王 的 軛 。
   [kjv] Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying, I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.
   [bbe] These are the words of the Lord of armies, the God of Israel: By me the yoke of the king of Babylon has been broken.
28:3[hb5] 二 年 之 內 、 我 要 將 巴 比 倫 王 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 從 這 地 掠 到 巴 比 倫 的 器 皿 、 就 是 耶 和 華 殿 中 的 一 切 器 皿 、 都 帶 回 此 地 。
   [kjv] Within two full years will I bring again into this place all the vessels of the LORD's house, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this place, and carried them to Babylon:
   [bbe] In the space of two years I will send back into this place all the vessels of the Lord's house which Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, took away from this place to Babylon:
28:4[hb5] 我 又 要 將 猶 大 王 約 雅 敬 的 兒 子 耶 哥 尼 雅 、 和 被 擄 到 巴 比 倫 去 的 一 切 猶 大 人 、 帶 回 此 地 、 因 為 我 要 折 斷 巴 比 倫 王 的 軛 。 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
   [kjv] And I will bring again to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah, that went into Babylon, saith the LORD: for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.
   [bbe] And I will let Jeconiah, the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, come back to this place, with all the prisoners of Judah who went to Babylon, says the Lord: for I will have the yoke of the king of Babylon broken.
28:5[hb5] 先 知 耶 利 米 當 著 祭 司 、 和 站 在 耶 和 華 殿 裡 的 眾 民 、 對 先 知 哈 拿 尼 雅 說 、
   [kjv] Then the prophet Jeremiah said unto the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests, and in the presence of all the people that stood in the house of the LORD,
   [bbe] Then the prophet Jeremiah said to the prophet Hananiah, before the priests and all the people who had come into the house of the Lord,
28:6[hb5] 阿 們 、 願 耶 和 華 如 此 行 、 願 耶 和 華 成 就 你 所 預 言 的 話 、 將 耶 和 華 殿 中 的 器 皿 、 和 一 切 被 擄 去 的 人 、 從 巴 比 倫 帶 回 此 地 。
   [kjv] Even the prophet Jeremiah said, Amen: the LORD do so: the LORD perform thy words which thou hast prophesied, to bring again the vessels of the LORD's house, and all that is carried away captive, from Babylon into this place.
   [bbe] The prophet Jeremiah said, So be it: may the Lord do so: may the Lord give effect to the words which you have said, and let the vessels of the Lord's house, and all the people who have been taken away, come back from Babylon to this place.
28:7[hb5] 然 而 我 向 你 和 眾 民 耳 中 所 要 說 的 話 、 你 應 當 聽 。
   [kjv] Nevertheless hear thou now this word that I speak in thine ears, and in the ears of all the people;
   [bbe] But still, give ear to this word which I am saying to you and to all the people:
28:8[hb5] 從 古 以 來 、 在 你 我 以 前 的 先 知 、 向 多 國 和 大 邦 說 預 言 、 論 到 爭 戰 、 災 禍 、 瘟 疫 的 事 。
   [kjv] The prophets that have been before me and before thee of old prophesied both against many countries, and against great kingdoms, of war, and of evil, and of pestilence.
   [bbe] The prophets, who were before me and before you, from early times gave word to a number of countries and great kingdoms about war and destruction and disease.
28:9[hb5] 先 知 預 言 的 平 安 、 到 話 語 成 就 的 時 候 、 人 便 知 道 他 真 是 耶 和 華 所 差 來 的 。
   [kjv] The prophet which prophesieth of peace, when the word of the prophet shall come to pass, then shall the prophet be known, that the LORD hath truly sent him.
   [bbe] The prophet whose words are of peace, when his words come true, will be seen to be a prophet whom the Lord has sent.
28:10[hb5] 於 是 先 知 哈 拿 尼 雅 、 將 先 知 耶 利 米 頸 項 上 的 軛 取 下 來 、 折 斷 了 。
   [kjv] Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke from off the prophet Jeremiah's neck, and brake it.
   [bbe] Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke from the neck of the prophet Jeremiah and it was broken by his hands.
28:11[hb5] 哈 拿 尼 雅 又 當 著 眾 民 說 、 耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 二 年 之 內 、 我 必 照 樣 從 列 國 人 的 頸 項 上 、 折 斷 巴 比 倫 王 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 的 軛 ． 於 是 先 知 耶 利 米 就 走 了 。
   [kjv] And Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.
   [bbe] And before all the people Hananiah said, The Lord has said, Even so will I let the yoke of the king of Babylon be broken off the necks of all the nations in the space of two years. Then the prophet Jeremiah went away.
28:12[hb5] 先 知 哈 拿 尼 雅 把 先 知 耶 利 米 頸 項 上 的 軛 折 斷 以 後 、 耶 和 華 的 話 臨 到 耶 利 米 說 、
   [kjv] Then the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the prophet, after that Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying,
   [bbe] Then after the yoke had been broken off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah by Hananiah the prophet, the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,
28:13[hb5] 你 去 告 訴 哈 拿 尼 雅 說 、 耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 你 折 斷 木 軛 、 卻 換 了 鐵 軛 ．
   [kjv] Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron.
   [bbe] Go and say to Hananiah, This is what the Lord has said: Yokes of wood have been broken by you, but in their place I will make yokes of iron.
28:14[hb5] 因 為 萬 軍 之 耶 和 華 以 色 列 的 　 神 如 此 說 、 我 已 將 鐵 軛 加 在 這 些 國 的 頸 項 上 、 使 他 們 服 事 巴 比 倫 王 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 、 他 們 總 要 服 事 他 、 我 也 把 田 野 的 走 獸 給 了 他 。
   [kjv] For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.
   [bbe] For the Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said: I have put a yoke of iron on the necks of all these nations, making them servants to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon; and they are to be his servants: and in addition I have given him the beasts of the field.
28:15[hb5] 於 是 先 知 耶 利 米 對 先 知 哈 拿 尼 雅 說 、 哈 拿 尼 雅 阿 、 你 應 當 聽 ． 耶 和 華 並 沒 有 差 遣 你 、 你 竟 使 這 百 姓 倚 靠 謊 言 。
   [kjv] Then said the prophet Jeremiah unto Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah; The LORD hath not sent thee; but thou makest this people to trust in a lie.
   [bbe] Then the prophet Jeremiah said to Hananiah the prophet, Give ear, now, Hananiah; the Lord has not sent you; but you are making this people put their faith in what is false.
28:16[hb5] 所 以 耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 看 哪 、 我 要 叫 你 去 世 、 你 今 年 必 死 、 因 為 你 向 耶 和 華 說 了 叛 逆 的 話 。
   [kjv] Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die, because thou hast taught rebellion against the LORD.
   [bbe] For this reason the Lord has said, See, I will send you away from off the face of the earth: this year death will overtake you, because you have said words against the Lord.
28:17[hb5] 這 樣 、 先 知 哈 拿 尼 雅 當 年 七 月 間 就 死 了 。
   [kjv] So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month.
   [bbe] So death came to Hananiah the prophet the same year, in the seventh month.
