9:1	[hb5]	示巴女王聽見所羅門的名聲、就來到耶路撒冷要用難解的話試問所羅門．跟隨他的人甚多、又有駱駝馱著香料、寶石、和許多金子．他來見了所羅門、就把心裡所有的、對所羅門都說出來．
	[kjv]	And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to prove Solomon with hard questions at Jerusalem, with a very great company, and camels that bare spices, and gold in abundance, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her heart.
	[bbe]	Now the queen of Sheba, hearing great things of Solomon, came to Jerusalem to put his wisdom to the test with hard questions; and with her came a very great train, and camels weighted down with spices, and great stores of gold and jewels: and when she came to Solomon she had talk with him of everything in her mind.
9:2	[hb5]	所羅門將他所問的都答上了、沒有一句不明白、不能答的。
	[kjv]	And Solomon told her all her questions: and there was nothing hid from Solomon which he told her not.
	[bbe]	And Solomon gave her answers to all her questions; there was no secret which he did not make clear to her.
9:3	[hb5]	示巴女王見所羅門的智慧、和他所建造的宮室、
	[kjv]	And when the queen of Sheba had seen the wisdom of Solomon, and the house that he had built,
	[bbe]	And when the queen of Sheba had seen the wisdom of Solomon, and the house which he had made,
9:4	[hb5]	席上的珍饈美味、群臣分列而坐、僕人兩旁侍立、以及他們的衣服裝飾、酒政和酒政的衣服裝飾、又見他上耶和華殿的臺階、就詫異得神不守舍．
	[kjv]	And the meat of his table, and the sitting of his servants, and the attendance of his ministers, and their apparel; his cupbearers also, and their apparel; and his ascent by which he went up into the house of the LORD; there was no more spirit in her.
	[bbe]	And the food at his table, and all his servants seated there, and those who were waiting on him in their places, and their robes, and his wine-servants and their robes, and the burned offerings which he made in the house of the Lord, there was no more spirit in her.
9:5	[hb5]	對王說、我在本國裡所聽見論到你的事、和你的智慧、實在是真的．
	[kjv]	And she said to the king, It was a true report which I heard in mine own land of thine acts, and of thy wisdom:
	[bbe]	And she said to the king, The account which was given to me in my country of your acts and your wisdom was true.
9:6	[hb5]	我先不信那些話、及至我來親眼見了、纔知道你的大智慧、人所告訴我的、還不到一半．你的實跡、越過我所聽見的名聲．
	[kjv]	Howbeit I believed not their words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it: and, behold, the one half of the greatness of thy wisdom was not told me: for thou exceedest the fame that I heard.
	[bbe]	But I had no faith in what was said about you, till I came and saw for myself; and truly, word was not given me of half your great wisdom; you are much greater than they said.
9:7	[hb5]	你的群臣、你的僕人、常侍立在你面前、聽你智慧的話、是有福的。
	[kjv]	Happy are thy men, and happy are these thy servants, which stand continually before thee, and hear thy wisdom.
	[bbe]	Happy are your wives and happy these your servants whose place is ever before you, hearing your words of wisdom.
9:8	[hb5]	耶和華你的　神是應當稱頌的、他喜悅你、使你坐他的國位、為耶和華你的　神作王、因為你的　神愛以色列人、要永遠堅立他們、所以立你作他們的王、使你秉公行義。
	[kjv]	Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee to set thee on his throne, to be king for the LORD thy God: because thy God loved Israel, to establish them for ever, therefore made he thee king over them, to do judgment and justice.
	[bbe]	Praise be to the Lord your God whose pleasure it was to put you on the seat of his kingdom to be king for the Lord your God: because, in his love for Israel, it was the purpose of your God to make them strong for ever, he made you king over them, to be their judge in righteousness.
9:9	[hb5]	於是示巴女王將一百二十他連得金子、和寶石、與極多的香料送給所羅門王．他送給王的香料、以後再沒有這樣的。
	[kjv]	And she gave the king an hundred and twenty talents of gold, and of spices great abundance, and precious stones: neither was there any such spice as the queen of Sheba gave king Solomon.
	[bbe]	And she gave the king a hundred and twenty talents of gold, and a great store of spices and jewels: never had such spices been seen as the queen of Sheba gave to Solomon.
9:10	[hb5]	希蘭的僕人、和所羅門的僕人、從俄斐運了金子來、也運了檀香木〔或作烏木下同〕和寶石來．
	[kjv]	And the servants also of Huram, and the servants of Solomon, which brought gold from Ophir, brought algum trees and precious stones.
	[bbe]	And the servants of Huram and the servants of Solomon, in addition to gold from Ophir, came back with sandal-wood and jewels.
9:11	[hb5]	王用檀香木為耶和華殿和王宮作臺、又為歌唱的人作琴瑟．猶大地從來沒有見過這樣的。
	[kjv]	And the king made of the algum trees terraces to the house of the LORD, and to the king's palace, and harps and psalteries for singers: and there were none such seen before in the land of Judah.
	[bbe]	And with the sandal-wood the king made steps for the house of the Lord and for the king's house, and instruments of music for the makers of melody; never before had such been seen in the land of Judah.
9:12	[hb5]	所羅門王按示巴女王所帶來的還他禮物、另外照他一切所要所求的、都送給他．於是女王和他臣僕轉回本國去了。
	[kjv]	And king Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatsoever she asked, beside that which she had brought unto the king. So she turned, and went away to her own land, she and her servants.
	[bbe]	And King Solomon gave the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatever she made request for, in addition to what she had taken to the king. So she went back to her country with her servants.
9:13	[hb5]	所羅門每年所得的金子、共有六百六十六他連得．
	[kjv]	Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred and threescore and six talents of gold;
	[bbe]	Now the weight of gold which came to Solomon in one year was six hundred and sixty-six talents;
9:14	[hb5]	另外還有商人所進的金子．並且亞拉伯諸王、與屬國的省長、都帶金銀給所羅門。
	[kjv]	Beside that which chapmen and merchants brought. And all the kings of Arabia and governors of the country brought gold and silver to Solomon.
	[bbe]	And in addition to what he got from traders of different sorts, all the kings of Arabia and the rulers of the country gave gold and silver to Solomon.
9:15	[hb5]	所羅門王用錘出來的金子打成擋牌二百面、每面用金子六百舍客勒．
	[kjv]	And king Solomon made two hundred targets of beaten gold: six hundred shekels of beaten gold went to one target.
	[bbe]	And King Solomon made two hundred body-covers of hammered gold, every one having six hundred shekels of gold in it.
9:16	[hb5]	又用錘出來的金子打成盾牌三百面、每面用金子三百舍客勒．都放在利巴嫩林宮裡。
	[kjv]	And three hundred shields made he of beaten gold: three hundred shekels of gold went to one shield. And the king put them in the house of the forest of Lebanon.
	[bbe]	And he made three hundred smaller body-covers of hammered gold, using three hundred shekels of gold for every cover, and the king put them in the house of the Woods of Lebanon.
9:17	[hb5]	王用象牙製造一個大寶座、用精金包裹．
	[kjv]	Moreover the king made a great throne of ivory, and overlaid it with pure gold.
	[bbe]	Then the king made a great ivory seat, plated with the best gold.
9:18	[hb5]	寶座有六層臺階、又有金腳凳、與寶座相連、寶座兩旁有扶手、靠近扶手有兩個獅子站立．
	[kjv]	And there were six steps to the throne, with a footstool of gold, which were fastened to the throne, and stays on each side of the sitting place, and two lions standing by the stays:
	[bbe]	There were six steps up to it, and a foot-rest of gold fixed to it, and arms on the two sides of the seat, with two lions at the side of the arms.
9:19	[hb5]	六層臺階上有十二個獅子站立、每層有兩個、左邊一個、右邊一個．在列國中沒有這樣作的。
	[kjv]	And twelve lions stood there on the one side and on the other upon the six steps. There was not the like made in any kingdom.
	[bbe]	And twelve lions were placed on one side and on the other side on the six steps: there was nothing like it in any kingdom.
9:20	[hb5]	所羅門王一切的飲器都是金的、利巴嫩林宮裡的一切器皿都是精金的．所羅門年間、銀子算不了甚麼．
	[kjv]	And all the drinking vessels of king Solomon were of gold, and all the vessels of the house of the forest of Lebanon were of pure gold: none were of silver; it was not any thing accounted of in the days of Solomon.
	[bbe]	All King Solomon's drinking-vessels were of gold, and all the vessels of the house of the Woods of Lebanon were of the best gold: no one gave a thought to silver in the days of Solomon.
9:21	[hb5]	因為王的船隻與希蘭的僕人一同往他施去．他施船隻三年一次裝載金、銀、象牙、猿猴、孔雀回來。
	[kjv]	For the king's ships went to Tarshish with the servants of Huram: every three years once came the ships of Tarshish bringing gold, and silver, ivory, and apes, and peacocks.
	[bbe]	For the king had Tarshish-ships sailing with the servants of Huram: once every three years the Tarshish-ships came back with gold and silver, ivory and monkeys and peacocks.
9:22	[hb5]	所羅門王的財寶與智慧勝過天下的列王．
	[kjv]	And king Solomon passed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom.
	[bbe]	And King Solomon was greater than all the kings of the earth in wealth and in wisdom.
9:23	[hb5]	普天下的王都求見所羅門、要聽　神賜給他智慧的話．
	[kjv]	And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, that God had put in his heart.
	[bbe]	And all the kings of the earth came to see Solomon and to give ear to his wisdom, which God had put into his heart.
9:24	[hb5]	他們各帶貢物、就是金器、銀器、衣服、軍械、香料、騾馬、每年有一定之例。
	[kjv]	And they brought every man his present, vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and raiment, harness, and spices, horses, and mules, a rate year by year.
	[bbe]	And everyone took with him an offering, vessels of silver and vessels of gold, and robes, and coats of metal, and spices, and horses and beasts for transport, regularly year by year.
9:25	[hb5]	所羅門有套車的馬四千棚、有馬兵一萬二千、安置在屯車的城邑和耶路撒冷、就是王那裡。
	[kjv]	And Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen; whom he bestowed in the chariot cities, and with the king at Jerusalem.
	[bbe]	Solomon had four thousand buildings for his horses and his war-carriages, and twelve thousand horsemen whom he kept, some in the carriage-towns and some with the king in Jerusalem.
9:26	[hb5]	所羅門統管諸王、從大河到非利士地直到埃及的邊界。
	[kjv]	And he reigned over all the kings from the river even unto the land of the Philistines, and to the border of Egypt.
	[bbe]	And he was ruler over all the kings from the River to the land of the Philistines, as far as the limit of Egypt.
9:27	[hb5]	王在耶路撒冷使銀子多如石頭、香柏木多如高原的桑樹。
	[kjv]	And the king made silver in Jerusalem as stones, and cedar trees made he as the sycomore trees that are in the low plains in abundance.
	[bbe]	The king made silver as common as stones in Jerusalem and cedars like the sycamore-trees of the lowlands in number.
9:28	[hb5]	有人從埃及和各國為所羅門趕馬群來。
	[kjv]	And they brought unto Solomon horses out of Egypt, and out of all lands.
	[bbe]	They got horses for Solomon from Egypt and from every land.
9:29	[hb5]	所羅門其餘的事、自始至終、不都寫在先知拿單的書上、和示羅人亞希雅的預言書上、並先見易多論尼八兒子耶羅波安的默示書上麼。
	[kjv]	Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, first and last, are they not written in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite, and in the visions of Iddo the seer against Jeroboam the son of Nebat?
	[bbe]	Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, first and last, are they not recorded in the history of Nathan the prophet, and in the words of Ahijah the prophet of Shiloh, and in the visions of Iddo the seer about Jeroboam, the son of Nebat?
9:30	[hb5]	所羅門在耶路撒冷作以色列眾人的王、共四十年．
	[kjv]	And Solomon reigned in Jerusalem over all Israel forty years.
	[bbe]	Solomon was king over Israel in Jerusalem for forty years.
9:31	[hb5]	所羅門與他列祖同睡、葬在他父大衛城裡．他兒子羅波安接續他作王。
	[kjv]	And Solomon slept with his fathers, and he was buried in the city of David his father: and Rehoboam his son reigned in his stead.
	[bbe]	And Solomon went to rest with his fathers, and was put into the earth in the town of David his father; and Rehoboam his son became king in his place.
