22:1	[hb5]	〔大衛的詩、交與伶長、調用朝鹿。〕我的　神、我的　神、為甚麼離棄我．為甚麼遠離不救我、不聽我唉哼的言語。
	[kjv]	My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
	[bbe]	<To the chief music-maker on Aijeleth-hash-shahar. A Psalm. Of David.> My God, my God, why are you turned away from me? why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my crying?
22:2	[hb5]	我的　神阿、我白日呼求、你不應允．夜間呼求、並不住聲。
	[kjv]	O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
	[bbe]	O my God, I make my cry in the day, and you give no answer; and in the night, and have no rest.
22:3	[hb5]	但你是聖潔的、是用以色列的讚美為寶座的。〔寶座或作居所〕
	[kjv]	But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
	[bbe]	But you are holy, O you who are seated among the praises of Israel.
22:4	[hb5]	我們的祖宗倚靠你．他們倚靠你、你便解救他們。
	[kjv]	Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
	[bbe]	Our fathers had faith in you: they had faith and you were their saviour.
22:5	[hb5]	他們哀求你、便蒙解救．他們倚靠你、就不羞愧。
	[kjv]	They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
	[bbe]	They sent up their cry to you and were made free: they put their faith in you and were not put to shame.
22:6	[hb5]	但我是蟲不是人．被眾人羞辱、被百姓藐視。
	[kjv]	But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
	[bbe]	But I am a worm and not a man; cursed by men, and looked down on by the people.
22:7	[hb5]	凡看見我的都嗤笑我．他們撇嘴搖頭、說、
	[kjv]	All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,
	[bbe]	I am laughed at by all those who see me: pushing out their lips and shaking their heads they say,
22:8	[hb5]	他把自己交託耶和華、耶和華可以救他罷．耶和華既喜悅他、可以搭救他罷。
	[kjv]	He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.
	[bbe]	He put his faith in the Lord; let the Lord be his saviour now: let the Lord be his saviour, because he had delight in him.
22:9	[hb5]	但你是叫我出母腹的．我在母懷裡、你就使我有倚靠的心。
	[kjv]	But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.
	[bbe]	But it was you who took care of me from the day of my birth: you gave me faith even from my mother's breasts.
22:10	[hb5]	我自出母胎就被交在你手裡．從我母親生我、你就是我的　神。
	[kjv]	I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.
	[bbe]	I was in your hands even before my birth; you are my God from the time when I was in my mother's body.
22:11	[hb5]	求你不要遠離我．因為急難臨近了、沒有人幫助我。
	[kjv]	Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
	[bbe]	Be not far from me, for trouble is near; there is no one to give help.
22:12	[hb5]	有許多公牛圍繞我．巴珊大力的公牛四面困住我。
	[kjv]	Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
	[bbe]	A great herd of oxen is round me: I am shut in by the strong oxen of Bashan.
22:13	[hb5]	他們向我張口、好像抓撕吼叫的獅子。
	[kjv]	They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
	[bbe]	I saw their mouths wide open, like lions crying after food.
22:14	[hb5]	我如水被倒出來．我的骨頭都脫了節．我心在我裡面如蠟融化．
	[kjv]	I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
	[bbe]	I am flowing away like water, and all my bones are out of place: my heart is like wax, it has become soft in my body.
22:15	[hb5]	我的精力枯乾、如同瓦片．我的舌頭貼在我牙床上．你將我安置在死地的塵土中。
	[kjv]	My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
	[bbe]	My throat is dry like a broken vessel; my tongue is fixed to the roof of my mouth, and the dust of death is on my lips.
22:16	[hb5]	犬類圍著我．惡黨環繞我．他們扎了我的手、我的腳。
	[kjv]	For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
	[bbe]	Dogs have come round me: I am shut in by the band of evil-doers; they made wounds in my hands and feet.
22:17	[hb5]	我的骨頭、我都能數過．他們瞪著眼看我。
	[kjv]	I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.
	[bbe]	I am able to see all my bones; their looks are fixed on me:
22:18	[hb5]	他們分我的外衣、為我的裡衣拈鬮。
	[kjv]	They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
	[bbe]	They make a division of my robes among them, by the decision of chance they take my clothing.
22:19	[hb5]	耶和華阿、求你不要遠離我．我的救主阿、求你快來幫助我。
	[kjv]	But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
	[bbe]	Do not be far from me, O Lord: O my strength, come quickly to my help.
22:20	[hb5]	求你救我的靈魂脫離刀劍、救我的生命脫離犬類、〔生命原文作獨一者〕
	[kjv]	Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.
	[bbe]	Make my soul safe from the sword, my life from the power of the dog.
22:21	[hb5]	救我脫離獅子的口．你已經應允我、使我脫離野牛的角。
	[kjv]	Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
	[bbe]	Be my saviour from the lion's mouth; let me go free from the horns of the cruel oxen.
22:22	[hb5]	我要將你的名傳與我的弟兄．在會中我要讚美你。
	[kjv]	I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
	[bbe]	I will give the knowledge of your name to my brothers: I will give you praise among the people.
22:23	[hb5]	你們敬畏耶和華的人、要讚美他．雅各的後裔、都要榮耀他．以色列的後裔、都要懼怕他。
	[kjv]	Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.
	[bbe]	You who have fear of the Lord, give him praise; all you seed of Jacob, give him glory; go in fear of him, all you seed of Israel.
22:24	[hb5]	因為他沒有藐視憎惡受苦的人．也沒有向他掩面．那受苦之人呼籲的時候、他就垂聽。
	[kjv]	For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.
	[bbe]	For he has not been unmoved by the pain of him who is troubled; or kept his face covered from him; but he has given an answer to his cry.
22:25	[hb5]	我在大會中讚美你的話、是從你而來的．我要在敬畏耶和華的人面前還我的願。
	[kjv]	My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
	[bbe]	My praise will be of you in the great meeting: I will make my offerings before his worshippers.
22:26	[hb5]	謙卑的人必喫得飽足．尋求耶和華的人必讚美他．願你們的心永遠活著。
	[kjv]	The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.
	[bbe]	The poor will have a feast of good things: those who make search for the Lord will give him praise: your heart will have life for ever.
22:27	[hb5]	地的四極都要想念耶和華、並且歸順他．列國的萬族、都要在你面前敬拜。
	[kjv]	All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
	[bbe]	All the ends of the earth will keep it in mind and be turned to the Lord: all the families of the nations will give him worship.
22:28	[hb5]	因為國權是耶和華的．他是管理萬國的。
	[kjv]	For the kingdom is the LORD's: and he is the governor among the nations.
	[bbe]	For the kingdom is the Lord's; he is the ruler among the nations.
22:29	[hb5]	地上一切豐肥的人、必喫喝而敬拜．凡下到塵土中不能存活自己性命的人、都要在他面前下拜。
	[kjv]	All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
	[bbe]	All the fat ones of the earth will give him worship; all those who go down to the dust will make themselves low before him, even he who has not enough for the life of his soul.
22:30	[hb5]	他必有後裔事奉他．主所行的事必傳與後代。
	[kjv]	A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
	[bbe]	A seed will be his servant; the doings of the Lord will be made clear to the generation which comes after.
22:31	[hb5]	他們必來把他的公義傳給將要生的民、言明這事是他所行的。
	[kjv]	They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.
	[bbe]	They will come and make his righteousness clear to a people of the future because he has done this.
